Sorry but what you said is wrong. A titan is the biggest ship flyable in eve, a carrier is about 1/3 the lenght of a titan and a mother ship or super carrier is a bit bigger than a carrier.

this may be on of the powerfulest ship on eve online due to the state that titans are not ment for solo flying in a war, titans are only meant for supporting a fleet or being for support the corporation in a jump warps or being a station..and their is always the nyx wich i also admyer ;)

Your not very good at lying. At least look up what your pretending to have before talking about it. This is a supercarrier, and as such can not nor has it ever been able to fit/use guns of any kind.
@ProphetJephri The skills required to get it take a good year for the basics, you really want to be playing the game for a while before looking at super capitals though. They are also very costly and can't be docked. Super Caps are a big more "end game" if that's what you want to call it investment.
From my understanding most people in EVE have a main character they play on and buy another account to train a Super Cap alt on.

The way the piloting works in EvE is rather simple really, The Jov gave us "capsuleers" capsule technology, This is very advanced technology allowing us to control ships with a neural interface. Hence, Letting us command ships that would require hundreds or thousands by ourselves. As well as more effective than a full crew.

Carriers & Motherships are meant to survive and repair others (logistics) if anything can survive sick dps its a mothership. its not a name without merit... i've flown one and it's never died been through many a conflict many a battle fought against more than a number of scary titans i've named her Eterna... but that's a while ago since i last played the game... seeing this makes me reminisce about the good ol' days...
personally i feel this ship with the rokh and scorpion and raven show more of Caldari military might than their titan. the Leviathan is nice but its not as imposing as these other ships i mentioned....still im biased to amarr but caldari are our homies so i give them props ^.^

The Wyvern is ugly. Aren't there any Nyx or Hels to be shown. =(
Additionally, shield-tanking supercaps suck since Dominion. Their armor counterparts can sustain far more damage if their pilot has installed a slave set.
@raynielbb Because Chimeras are carriers which provide logistical support for a fleet. Wyverns are supercarriers designed with one purpose in mind, to kill other capital ships. The damage output of their fighterbombers is pretty high, though not comparable to a titan's DD. Plus, the lower cost of a supercarrier compared to a titan means more can be fielded for the same cost as a titan.
A dread can't deal with a Super Carrier, not one on one, A. a SC has almost 30,000,000 hp fitted right, two 20 fighter bombers will destroy a unsupported Dread, I took a 50+ support fleet, two titans and a handfull to gank a single SC over a half hour to kill it, Wyvern is a Shield tank with all resists over 85% some over 90%, so yeah there beasts to deal with.
Excellent camera angles dude, and I love the fighter/drone fight shots. Please I want to see more but some work needs to be done on your recorded framerate as its a bit uneven
question about mother ship class ships. is it true when you get in one you can't get out till it's desstroyed? or is that limited to the HEL mothership?
@eveonline24 Do you own one ? how much ISK would a MS cost ? can you buy them from bases or players must construst them ? im going to start eve once i finish my uni exams, how much isk would an hour minning/mission or what ever of a 1 Million SP person produce ?
Assuming 50 million isk per hour, it'd take 400 hours to get one of these ships, and I assume that's without any modules or the skill books necessary to even get inside a ship like that.

No wonder people are so careful and cautious in this game. I love that stuff has value and all, but it seems a tad bit too much for a game where you can lose it all to a frigate because your 20 billion isk ship doesn't have point defense turrets.
@UnknownXV There's no way in hell a frigate could kill anything bigger than a cruiser. Frigates are fast sure, but Eve has damage point modifier system, frigates can only fit guns in the "small" category, and those don't do too much damage to anything. Plus, the Wyverns drones will easily mop up any frigates or cruisers or battleships that can come at it. That's what fighters and fighter-bombers are for, which only Super-Carriers like the Wyvern can launch.

I'm fine with small ships being agile and very hard to hit, but I think 1 full volley hitting a small ship from any battleship class vessel should be game over. Fast, hard to hit, but very fragile. That's fair.
@UnknownXV Newer players have a spot on the battlefield, but only in terms of what's called "tackling." It's basically using a Warp Disruptor and making sure enemy ships can't warp away. Even a 100 frigate swarm would probably not get a Wyvern's shields past 75%, a Wyvern can fit a heavy shield tank. Meanwhile the Wyverns drones would be ripping through the frigate swarm like they were paper. You need at least 20 battleships or a few other super-capitals to take down Super-Carrier.
@Sangheilitat117 uh dude. yes they can. frigates can kill cruisers, battlecruisers and battleships. has happened before. trust me on that. they may have low dps but that just means it'll take longer to take you down.

@forthereg as far as i know motherships are very uncommon right now. so the price range for one is lot higher. takes up to almost 4 months of skill training to get one plus skill book for it is almost like 1bil itself last i saw
@forthereg I hate to brake it to you but it takes a S*** tone of skills to fly a mother ship, AKA, moths of training. on the other hand flying them really isn't all that much fun, you have to rely on other people just to get from one system to the next (capital ships cant use normal jump bridges) in fact i don't even fly battle ships anymore (too slow) I mainly use faction cruisers heavy assault ships and battle cruisers. honestly bigger isn't better in EVE, trust me i've been playing for4years
@forthereg a 1 mil sp player can earn about 1-2 mil per hour if they constantly grind lv2s in a cruiser. or if they have friends willing to take them on lv4s they can make maybe 2-5 mil per hour until their friend gets bored.
Don't expect to be flying one of these in your first 3 years, alliances won't fund one for you unless you have basicly perfect skills in everything that possibly effects this ship which alone takes a long time, along with training to be competent in other ships along the way (Battleships, T2 cruisers, command ships, T3 ships etc all take a long time in themselves)
@forthereg I am only now getting a regular carrier bro, and I have 18mil SP, you need to train up your core skills, and skills in smaller ships before you go for one of these. also: if you are gonna mission run, get a T3 or a marauder.

the most favorite of mine the leviathan class are quite sexy to my eyes it kinda give me a weird feeling when i see one during my deep exploration in some most highly dangerous systems in eve i almost got my self wet during my close encounters in such massive ships with my panther typhoon class ships even tho i talk in 0.0 locals teasing and arguing its very very fun to explore in eve

The Wyvern is ugly. Aren't there any Nyx or Hels to be shown. =(
Additionally, shield-tanking supercaps suck since Dominion. Their armor counterparts can sustain far more damage if their pilot has installed a slave set.

Why its such a big( i read about 10+billions on wyv. against ~700kk in chimer.) difference in cost between the Wyvern and Chimera motherships?

@raynielbb Because Chimeras are carriers which provide logistical support for a fleet. Wyverns are supercarriers designed with one purpose in mind, to kill other capital ships. The damage output of their fighterbombers is pretty high, though not comparable to a titan's DD. Plus, the lower cost of a supercarrier compared to a titan means more can be fielded for the same cost as a titan.

A dread can't deal with a Super Carrier, not one on one, A. a SC has almost 30,000,000 hp fitted right, two 20 fighter bombers will destroy a unsupported Dread, I took a 50+ support fleet, two titans and a handfull to gank a single SC over a half hour to kill it, Wyvern is a Shield tank with all resists over 85% some over 90%, so yeah there beasts to deal with.

That is true for all Supercapitals, i.e. Titans and SUpercarriers (used to be called Motehrships)
People that fly these always have multiple accounts. If U have teh money to buy one of these you can probably afford some time codes :)

ad2 you can buy from other player or build on pos in shipyard (pos - player own structure - your mini-private station)
ad3 hmmm... ;p mission runner with 10mln sp can earn 20-50 mln isk in hour, but one milion sp player... dunno... :(

Assuming 50 million isk per hour, it'd take 400 hours to get one of these ships, and I assume that's without any modules or the skill books necessary to even get inside a ship like that.

No wonder people are so careful and cautious in this game. I love that stuff has value and all, but it seems a tad bit too much for a game where you can lose it all to a frigate because your 20 billion isk ship doesn't have point defense turrets.

@UnknownXV There's no way in hell a frigate could kill anything bigger than a cruiser. Frigates are fast sure, but Eve has damage point modifier system, frigates can only fit guns in the "small" category, and those don't do too much damage to anything. Plus, the Wyverns drones will easily mop up any frigates or cruisers or battleships that can come at it. That's what fighters and fighter-bombers are for, which only Super-Carriers like the Wyvern can launch.

@Sangheilitat117 True, I was exaggerating for effect, but it seems a bit crazy nonetheless that bigger ships are so vulnerable to small ones. I guess it's only fair, gives newer players a spot on the battlefield.
I'm fine with small ships being agile and very hard to hit, but I think 1 full volley hitting a small ship from any battleship class vessel should be game over. Fast, hard to hit, but very fragile. That's fair.

@UnknownXV Newer players have a spot on the battlefield, but only in terms of what's called "tackling." It's basically using a Warp Disruptor and making sure enemy ships can't warp away. Even a 100 frigate swarm would probably not get a Wyvern's shields past 75%, a Wyvern can fit a heavy shield tank. Meanwhile the Wyverns drones would be ripping through the frigate swarm like they were paper. You need at least 20 battleships or a few other super-capitals to take down Super-Carrier.

@forthereg as far as i know motherships are very uncommon right now. so the price range for one is lot higher. takes up to almost 4 months of skill training to get one plus skill book for it is almost like 1bil itself last i saw

@forthereg I hate to brake it to you but it takes a S*** tone of skills to fly a mother ship, AKA, moths of training. on the other hand flying them really isn't all that much fun, you have to rely on other people just to get from one system to the next (capital ships cant use normal jump bridges) in fact i don't even fly battle ships anymore (too slow) I mainly use faction cruisers heavy assault ships and battle cruisers. honestly bigger isn't better in EVE, trust me i've been playing for4years

@forthereg a 1 mil sp player can earn about 1-2 mil per hour if they constantly grind lv2s in a cruiser. or if they have friends willing to take them on lv4s they can make maybe 2-5 mil per hour until their friend gets bored.

Don't expect to be flying one of these in your first 3 years, alliances won't fund one for you unless you have basicly perfect skills in everything that possibly effects this ship which alone takes a long time, along with training to be competent in other ships along the way (Battleships, T2 cruisers, command ships, T3 ships etc all take a long time in themselves)

@forthereg I am only now getting a regular carrier bro, and I have 18mil SP, you need to train up your core skills, and skills in smaller ships before you go for one of these. also: if you are gonna mission run, get a T3 or a marauder.
