  • I absolutely love this guy! As Vang said, he is really underrated, he is really cool, and works incredibly well, thank goodness his gun has a planet key holder, if you don't want the missile stomach like me. If only the rest of the line had used holders.. His gimmick was designed for Armorhide, of course, but I agree does not work well with Huffer. I gotta say, he blends with my Classics/Universe collection perfectly.

  • This is definitely one of the unsung (as far as I know) stars of the '07 toys.

I remember getting mine missing the flap/grille over his missilebelly. Had to wait in line to get a replacement at the con. XD

  • That went down well as I munched on my dinner.

It is indeed a really nice toy and worth it if not too pricey on the likes of ebay.

  • I meant Huffer/Springer bag unopend

  • I got mine for a $20 (12.24GBP) donation at the Botcon 2008 casino night/dinner.

  • The feet where suppose to be folded in for vehicle mode.

  • I really wish they'd do all the minibots in this style.

  • Most impressive.

  • nice review dave i have the cybertron version of this mold

  • Love it. Can't wait to finally get my hands on one.

    Top review Dave!

  • A good review, I do like this mold a lot. I got both the Blue and the Black version of him with the Black one from the 2007 movie being the better one in terms of paint application.

  • Oh and as an addendum, both versions I have do have tight key slots, but not as tight as the Huffer version seems to have.

  • You measured him?

  • Nice review for a toy I'll sadly never get.

Have you tried using a different cyber key on him?, T.J. Omega had the same problem with the key that came with Leo-Prime and he ended up using a different key for his review.

  • Nice :D

  • I love this mold as it reminds me of a British/Irish truck cab. None of this Semi Tractor shite :D. I also think it would make an excellent Universe Huffer......Bar the price.

  • they call them yard trucks over here.they use them for moving trailers back and fourth from dock to dock.just some useless knowledge.

  • I completely appreciate usless trivia. I live near some docks as well so it may just come in handy :D

  • I have wanted one of this for the longest time. A great figure to use for the Huffer name if there is no updated figure to bare the name.

Maybe the Force you need to use is Galaxy Force...;)..lol

  • Looks like Huffer pulled an IDW Perceptor

  • I do like the mold Armorhide, it works quite well for Huffer. I think this should have been a classics instead, lol.

    Great review Dave.

  • A great review Dave, especially to get a classic character like Huffer in an updated version. Botcon repaints are some of the coolest, definitely when they redo g1's. Later KP-T.J.

  • Nice!,.. i just got Armorhide a little while back,.. gonna pick up another to custom paint me a Huffer as well! :)

  • Love the mould; Armourhide was the very first TF I ever reviewed. Didn´t have such problems with his gimmick though; it was a little stiff IIRC, but nothing more.

I´d love to pick up one of the repaints, either Huffer or the black repaint from the Shattered Glass/M07 Movie line

  • I quite like the face sculpt. Decent paint apps and reminscant of the G1 huffer. But can he pull Prime's trailer?

  • i remember that episode.prime was too weak to pull his own trailer,so huffer gave him a hand.

  • heavy metal war. bar complaining it;s the only thing of note Huffer really did

  • Good review Dave, love this little guy. As I recall, Armorhide's gimmick is more or less the same amount of difficulty.
