  • amazing video and great demonstration…

  • i just cought two largemouth of a powerbait 7 inch twistertail worm with just riged on a jig head

  • This video got me so excited.

Thanks, cant wait to try it myself.

  • check out kylesbaitshop.webs, com for great lures

  • if you have trouble catching bass on any type of body of water. You got to try the banjo minnow. its the bait i go to if the fish dont bite. Its garrunteed to work. NO doubt

  • Will I be able to cast these with a baitcasting reel? I always have problems casting lighter gear with baitcasters and was wondering if these are heavy enough to cast.

    Thanks!

  • I really appreciate that you guys actually get back to the people who have asked questions on your videos. Not many care and don't bother doing it. Thanks guys really appreciate it.

  • iv never caught a bass before can you give me some tips

  • The other weekend I just put together a stupid purple berkly powerbait, stuck a big hook in it with no sinker... On the second cast, I yank out an 18 1/2" bass... I laughed so hard because I had like 30 more of the bait, and it only cost like 1 buck.. haha

  • I really suck at plastic worm fishing, and I absolutely verify that the shaky worming technique rocks. I followed the techniques in this videos and others and caught huge bass with shaky worming for the first time on plastics.

  • how can you stand to spend your breath promoting this technique after you catch a bass like that?

  • Eh I rather texas rig a craw

  • I gotto get me one of those lures!!

  • still have more luck wacky style

  • im new to fishing with these types of rigs. Any way you can give me some tips ?

  • great i love it

  • Phorusrhacos

  • Find it funny that whacky worming and shakey worming is still the "new" way to fish bass. I started fishing both of these styles when I was just 12 and 14 years old. I am now 55! so 43 years. should I get a royalty check?

  • Just a case of "What's old is new again" i guess.... Excellet point, however.

  • do you have to use an offset jig head to texas rig with one?

  • ráj jako byl všude jinde, než to lidi nevytloukli

  • what do u think would be the best worm for fishing heay cover in 3 to 5 ft of water in minnesota thanks

  • zoom finnese worms, power worms are okay, floating baits for chakey head most likely

  • @spider459 try weightless texas rigged zoom lizards in the pumpkin color 6 inch if your fishing for big bass even try the 4 inch i love the 4 inch

  • Tequila sunrise worms are good ones too.

  • dude u guys do know that when these guys fish like this the r in a aqurium

  • so there fishing in an aquarium haha

  • how do you know when you have a fish on does it pull hard or does it just tug a little please respond and thank you for the info

  • like when u shake the shaky worm all of a sudden it get stuck that when u yank it haha i been using the shaky worm for bass for over 5 month it really works

  • sometimes it's a tap, sometimes it just feels mushy like a wad of moss, sometimes you will see your line moving. Use flourocarbon line and set the hook when in doubt. flourocarbon will double your sensitivity.

  • It depends on the fish some just stay in one place and chomp on it and others will bite the bait and swim away tugging on the rod very hard. If a fish tugs lightly i usually give it about 5 seconds until i start reeling it in.

  • i caught a 3lb catfish on one of these while i was fishing for bass. this tecneuqe for bass works very well, in about 2 hour i caught about 7 bass.

  • If I only had $15-30 to spend, what lures or soft baits would you guys suggest for purchase? I'm going for mostly bass and panfish. Anything that can catch multiple species actually. Any help?

  • Senko and EWG hooks.. And shanky worms like in this video

  • yeah, kinami baits, these are made by yamamoto.they are less money, but they kick bass, get the cut tail worm 5" grn, pumpkin, and the 4" flash in watermelon red flake . a rapala cd3 or 5 in blk/gold or blue/silver or my fav brn trout. thse 3 lures should cost 18- 20$ total.

  • if you're really trying to go cheap for a senko-like bait, use either a yumdinger from yum, or the cabelas aquaglow senkos. Cabelas are cheapest, but i prefer yum due to more strikes and you can catch four or five fish on the same worm without changing.

  • the gulp minnow works great, emerald pearl.

  • go to like walmart get some 5'' gary yamamoto senko worms in motor oil color and wacky rig it through the middle with a 1/0 red octopus hook, its all i EVER use anymore, its my go to and keep usin all day lure, that catches bass nearly everytime im out

  • i got a 10 lbs bass useing this

  • good for you and good for me .

  • thanks for the info, good fishing

  • damm some looked just like a dieing/death fish

  • does that work for walleye too?

  • What is that spinning reel being used?

  • shimano stradic 2500FH now discontinued new model 2500FI

  • that would work good in the pads

  • I've caught lots of bass on shaky worms Texas rig style

  • nice film

  • coool!

  • but what about the Zoom Finesse 7" ....thats a good shaker there..

  • black powerworms are great to

  • GREAT video. one of my favorite bass fishing techniques :)

  • americans do love lures

it's deadbaiting for pike in Britian

  • I LOVE 2 BASS FISH. About 3 weeks ago I caught 2 big LARGE MOUTHS

  • nice grub on a head hook

u should use a football jig with a double tail

    tht drives a bass nuts

rely try it i caught one with tht

  • HAHAHA at 10 second the bass spite it back out

  • Interesting looking lures!^_^

  • can you please tell me where you buy livebait dosent matter what kind but can you please tell me where you buy them

  • is that bait good cause i buy lots of baits that dont catch fish and is it good when your fishing on the bank with alot of weeds on the bottom and sumtimes it comes up to the top and i dont like to get hung up any tips

  • Try a drop shot rig & hide the hook tip inside of the worm..

  • totally agree with you chamberpotman. see cutfeest!

  • i like the creme companys carolina rig already preassemled 4 u

  • my favorite finnesse companies: yamamoto, roboworm and zoom. Top baits from these companys in order of other list:senko, any straight tail robobworm, the zoom 4" lizard. Weightlessly rig the senko wacky style, splitshot the robo, and texas the lizard fish slow use attractant you will get bit

  • I personally think all the tricks you guys post here are YouTube are Kick Bass(and Walleye,Panfish, etc.) because they provide the info you need to fish it and underwater video showing what the action is of the lures are underwater. Good videos.

  • i can watch this stuff all dayy!

  • Mr. Lindner, how do you feel about berkely power worms? Are they as productive with a light jig setup. I have fished texas and carolina with power worms with some success but my friend who uses a worm similar to the shaky worm outfishes me a lot.

  • where do u buy the powerbait finesse worm?

  • nice video!!!

  • This is great, keep the video's a comin! I have The Angling Edge logged on my DVR so I never miss an episode. My favorite show by FAR!

  • Thank you!

    We appreciate that.

It's great to share a passion.

Hope to see you on the water.

  • No problem, I've been a huge fan since the In-Fisherman days. Keep up the good work!

  • Mr. Lindner, how do you feel about berkely power worms? Are they as productive with a light jig setup. I have fished texas and carolina with power worms with some success but my friend who uses a worm similar to the shaky worm outfishes me a lot.

  • I LOVE BASS

  • I catch all my fish with this technique. I also use tubes. I caught a 8 pd bass and oddly enough a 12 lb carp.

  • No, this is not spam.

    This is our life's work.

  • I am sick of ads on you tube.

  • @LindnerMedia I highly disagree.

  • It's not a direct add. They are teaching to use a set of products, from different companies. Relax.

  • well, to tell you the truth, I have only caught one bass in my life, was down in southern utah, one cast, the lure, something from a co. down there, call "bassmaster?" hit the water and "boom" there she was, I have always been a trout fisherman, mostly love to "throw metal" castmaster is one of the best, and blue fox are awesome

  • defanetly true i tried and i got me a 7 pound bass

    in dallas grapevine lake

  • thanks for posting your videos keep them coming

  • Thank you. We have much more planned and on the way - keep watching.

  • i would like to ask a newbie question. how do you know that your worm already reached the floor?

    thanks!!!

  • You'll feel it. It takes experience but you watch your line, it should bow a little as you lower your tip when you're on the bottom.

Thanks for the question and keep practicing, you'll get it.

    Ron Lindner

  • There you have it folks. A tip from a true legend in our sport. Ron Lindner is one of the most influential fishermen to ever step into a boat. Thanks for all your help for fishermen all over the globe Ron.

  • @hoffsmedia I would like to know, whats the best worm or frog you have ever used? I am currently using YUM 5 inch dingers, they work great texas and carolina rigged. I dont like using the wacky rigs.
