It is very, very easy to go vegan, there is no addiction to meat, you can just stop seeing the sliced remains or tortured animals as food. Dairy produce naturally contains morphine, so there may be an addiction, but again, just stop seeing the secretions of tortured animals as food. It is so easy!

@psilimamabearok I appreciate your honesty! I used to be a meat eater too so you're not alone. I suspect that what you call addiction to meat is something else though... Hunger! If you get enough calories from clean carb sources like fruit or rice or sweet potatoes, your feelings of being addicted to meat will in all likelihood disappear.

Soooooooooooooo many things wrong with what she was saying, my mind just overloaded and tripped out. Talk about ill-educated. I've encountered more enlightened piles of gravel. I work in healthcare, and I see obese, "I will not change for anything" stubborn people like this dreg of society every day-- as I'm pulling them to their feet the day after the surgeon cuts through their chest to repair their diseased hearts, and pushing them into walking around in their room as they whine and cry about their pain. Thanks RichieFruitbat for putting this up. The ignorance of the narrator with the video sums it all up. If they want to eat murdered meat, and you can tell by her physique that she is truly unhealthy . Veganism is for health, animal welfare, moral and so much more.
