@F22RaptorDude One would think it would be, but the Chevy 396 engine on the bottom keeps it pretty well balanced. It also has a shock system mounted in the frame on the rear so you do get some sway when you get it up to speed. But, all in all, it is not a bad ride.

Thanks for posting the video. Your NC cart has been an inspiration. I hope you don't mind if I borrowed a few construction details for a similar project. While searching the web, I have found nine oversized grocery carts. Yours and the HEB cart are the best builds I have seen. Ours will be slightly shorter (so it fits in the warehouse), but will also be street legal (I hope). Parades are great, but there are so many promotional opportunities just driving the thing down the street.

They can be street legal, but you have to jump through a few hoops to get in done. In Pennsylvania, my state, you need to pass all the items in a regular inspection (with a few exceptions for hot rods). Things I will need to add the cart that I do not see on the NC cart - partial fenders, small windshield, wipers, brake and turn signals, parking brake, speedometer, mufflers and "bumpers". The hard part is making it legal without ruining the grocery cart look.
