  • This isn't technically jamming, it's just an fm transmitter that as stated is providing a stronger signal.

  • Not sure if you're even still on YouTube, but I am very interested in building one of these. Can you help me with adding the mp3 part?

  • if only they could do that for my wife's voice

  • what are the blue and grey dot and where is your audio connected

  • zune?

  • hi man,can you post a schematic that shows where to attach the 3.5 plug or just explain it in a comment

  • I was wondering about the range on this and also will it work on a car radio parked outside of ones home with the use of an antenna. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  • Man do tutorial on this, i need this vary much!

  • how to wire the 3.5 plug

  • Hi, very nice. Here where I live there is a garage bell that is so loud. This works to help blind people to listen to cars moving out the garage, but , again is too loud, and I coundn't able to reduce this volumn just talking to the building administrator. Can this device works for a simple self sound emmiter (it is not fm or am) ? Tks

  • metallica :) i dont know what was on the radio but you were right to block it out

  • Are you Canadian?

  • i know in fm the stronger transmitter usually wins out but you can also use an AM jamming method an just put a really loud and high pitch noise on the mp3 player it helps make any audio that gets through even more unreadable

  • I remembered building one and instead of putting music i used a simple circuit that produces a sort of siren sound, i used it to annoy my neighbor which plays his fm stereo so damn loud even at night haha

  • How did you make teh circuit board?

  • 1:36 I know out bus driver plays the crappiest music evar

  • I guess this kid doesn't read his comments anymore.

  • The schematic says #16 wire for the coil. Is that 16 guage? Also, does it have to be magnetic enamel coated wire?

  • @choosewisely67 Also, can you tell us the value of the variable capacitor?

  • @choosewisely67 yes and yes

  • @choosewisely67 16 swg for reference:

  • Mr.gasisfire I need uor hepl in a very small thing.

I did the whole circuit, everything is in it EXCEPT for the inductor that is close to the variable capacitor. What is that wire ? i don't understand what type of conductor is. I tried alot of small wires didn't work !!!

please what exactly the inductor (or wire) should be ? should i order it from an online website ? or what ?

    please help me.

  • Please can you send me the elements you used and tell me from where can i order them ?

please i need your help !

  • where did you get the varaible capacitor

  • Hi! nice and pretty simple thing!:))

    I like it..!

  • Hi everybody, i have a question, i am not a professional in physics or electronics but i wonder, how do these kind of things (jammers, non nuclear emps) work? please no professional vocabulary, something easy to understand, thanks a lot!

  • is there any way boost the fm radio jammers wireless range rather than a taller antenna

  • @1011whitezombie

    Use an antenna.

  • i tryed to make your fm jammer but i cant find the right variable capacitor can you send me the numbers for the one you used

  • would you have to adjust the varaible capacitor every time you change the station

  • could you play your music and changed the station(87-108 mhz)would you still hear your music

  • where did you connect the audio wire

  • on the circuit you've put in the description where do you connect the audio jack for external signal?

  • could you use a 2N2222 transistor

  • @1011whitezombie

    yes you can

PN2222 is the same as 2N2222

  • Great way to confuse your neighbors when you are bored haha

  • can this block transmitted signals in RC toy cars??

  • @smsm444 Theoretically, yes if the signal i of greater strength and on the same frequency as the one the RC car uses. However, this is probably a different frequency than FM radio, because otherwise interference would have been inevitable as radio station would be jammers in that sense.

  • Look at the schematic. Link is in the desctrption. For the mp3 part I can't remember and I don't know where it is at the moment. I don't really use that one anymore but search something like add mp3 to fm ocilator or something of that nature.

  • you did not tell how strong the variable capacitor or what king to use canyou tell me

  • No it's just that when you are really close to the jammer when you are tuning it, you interfere with the jammer just enouph so that when you are tuned and you stop touching the jammer it's is slightly off tune. You need to over time it just a tad so when you let go. It is tuned

  • when u say it mite change so u have to re-tune it u mean it will drift off frequency ?

  • what transmitter chip did u use??? how many pins? and what pins did u attach the headphone jack to?

  • thats IF u used a radio transmitter chip

  • can you tell me how to build it

  • how did you set it up for the mp3

i am going to build one using the diagram you have because the one i made is not as strong but i want to add the mp3 part too

  • i will pay u 25 dollars to make me one!

  • Awesome job!

You should definately upload the schematics for this! You can get a free accounts at file hosting sites where you can upload your schematic diagram. Post a link to the image in the INFO section of this video!!

I would love to build this!

    Thanks!

  • well i dont have an antenna on it because then its illegal... without one though it will do about 50 feet. thats all i need for the bus and movie theatres!!!

  • Hahaha ok.

The law is like a banana in Canada.

And I used to think only Dutch laws were crazy.

Here we are allowed to buy a transmiter but we are not allowed to have a transmiter ;-)

I like your style with jamming the official propaganda transmitters ! I hate their music too.

At work I used a small transmitter in my pocket and I transmitted sounds of sheep and pigs in a barn. Or some times frogconcerts hahahaa. It's really fun !

The look on their faces ! priceless !

  • @gasisfire no if its under 32 in or was it 22 feet? i cant remember look it up lol but under that its legal

  • How far does the signal go when you hook up an antenna on it?

Check out my transmitter, i just build it a few weeks ago.

Now I want to make one from SMD components.

I made a amplifier for any fm oscillator that is 1 by 1 cm, but I can make it smaller because it was just a first try with smd.

thank you for your video and greetings from the Netherlands.

  • hey man have any one told u before ur a genuis

    great thanks

to upload the schematics u just have 2 upload it at any file sharing site

    and give us the link

  • I liek it, do you have schematics?

  • yes but im new and dont know how to post them

  • @gasisfire Hey could you make a video on how to do this ? I'm a chemist major and i dont understand schematics

  • me too

    hehehehhe

  • Im am totaly buying one off of you when you make another =D!
