I doubt we'll see this bug on PC. Consoles are having hell with texture streaming, it's an amazing achievement consider the severe lack of Vram on the consoles, especially PS3.
@HypnoticSuggestion Are you saying the PC version does not have texture issues? Cause i'm running it on Ultra and terrain texture pop in is beyond ridiculous...
@Fucklesticks Yeah that's a real issue, but not quite the same as the texture issues that have been plauging the platforms. If you have a system that's at least a little stronger than what Bethesda 'Recommends', you should be able to get away with tweaking the ini so that the world loads distant LOD items sooner, almost to the point where you won't notice any pop-in. It's a trade-off between performance and looks. I suggest the Skyrim wiki for tips to do this, it's easy :)

I really like this game but all these bugs are ruining it.. After i patched the game to solve problems i encounterd suddenly dragons are moving backwards, all because of the patch..
Issues will be fixed soon. they are working on many fixes for both consoles and the PC, please be patient. for now issue can be resolved by saving on a separate save space, exiting the game and restarting the console. most problems are on PS3, involving lag... other issues on other platforms do exist, even missing water, they are looking at all these issues, with basic updates out soon,,, what will take longer is the ''lag'' issue, but they are working closely with sony to fix, BE PATIENT!
same ps3 version please inform for any solutions. not only the textures bug, also the surroundings arent responding well when this happens. really annoying :/ any help accepted
I looked into a fix for this and I have tried Large Address Aware (LAA) and I'm about to see it this fixes CTD's and the texture bugs. I've heard it has fixed many peoples.
this game rocks but its full of bugs, i fell threw the floor in white run and the lil girl that runs threw town fell under the ground with me lol. and everytime i turn around my dog companion is gone 2! i have " re loaded " so many saves
