3 things, how do you take out your sword with that spining slash?

Can you triger it what tigrex is doing when he is confused, when i fight he is only spining and screaming and very rerely bites.

the head and the front claws, the head is easy and if ur using a GS its hard NOT to break it as 4 the claws there a little harder :(
