actually its been confirmed... it is indeed for the iPhone... and its called MGS Touch.

its 360. think about it they DID make metal gear games for the 360 before and lets face it not a WHOLE lot of people have ps3s and if kojima released a MGS game on 360 they would sell better i think...and the picture is just 180+180=360 because notice that the symbol DOES resemble a power button but theres the ! too. so i think its just the ! spun around to make a 360. so yea. i think that xbox owners will get MG finally. (games are not about the consoles...its about the GAME)

Actually they have not made a single MGS game for the 360... They ported a director's cut of PS2 version for the original XBox, Subsistance. Kojima did this because he wanted to see how well they would recieve it on the Microsoft console... unfortunately it didn't sell so well and Kojima even quoted some Xbox owners on saying "we don't like left overs...Keep your F***ing Metal Gear and we'll keep our HALO" Also, I must disagree with your final statement.
