guy thats hitting is hitting poorly. his wrist isnt held correctly if he was to use his full force with his left he would probably break his own wrist. and you can tell that he is not used to actually doing anything strike related to anything. for the most part. but i applaud the guy with the 6 pack, try to flex inward more though, gives a stronger flex and resists more. nice tho.

@id3818919 they're doing it slow and shit but as a martial artist i find being punched in the abs 3 times per second for about a minute to be incredibly difficult to withstand and great conditioning. it depends on who is punching of course but if your training partner has done karate for 16 years and is a very profficient gymnast then it fucking hurts and enough of it leaves your abs sore to the touch for 2 days. sit ups wont do that.
