good vid but powerclaws dont affecct monolits, it the rules for the monoliths it says that any modle must use its base strength for armor pening(sry for the bad speeling)
nah thats chainfist and power klaws are like power first, i'v had this discussion many times its bonus on vehicles such as monstrous creatures. now powerklaws and powerfist are always double there strength so it still effects the mo meltas nolith sorry to correct you

I think GW may have put out a necron faq that says power fists and the like still doubles strength vs monolith

You just can't use 2 dice to penetrate, you still get double str..
