Rat's aren't 50x the size of humans. Humans are 50 times hte size of rats (Well depending upon the gender age and body mass) . In these studies where rats were given 4000 packets of aspartame they had bad side affects, how ever, who could consume even 100 packets of splenda? In other studies where they gave rats a moderate amount of aspartame they didn't have any bad side affects. So the issue is how much aspartame someone has. Most peopel can't drink more then 4 cups of coke zero a day.
