  • I don't even recall these. Very sweet. The cheesy graphics are my favorite and totally represent the late 70s. Wish I had the money.

  • I have a 75 grandam and a 73 gto my next car has to be a 77 c/a Love your car keep it perfect, Thanks for the video i'am grinning from ear to ear. I have only seen one c/a here in Canada and that was back in in the 70's Thanks Tom

  • forethorn red is the one to have cause thats the one you have here had it been white you would have said the same thing .Nice car .210 horsepower w72 pontiac 400 add some headers and 2.5 inch exhaust ,ram air iv cam an aluminum intake and some 1.65 rockers and you will wake it up a little. Then you will have a nice cruiser with decent power.

  • Where are the Poncho floor mats?

  • Wrong about the dash bubba. That door closed "really" hard.Better check out the hinges ans such.

  • My handle's Smokey Bear and I'm tail-grabbing your ass right now!

  • LOL! I remember those! I forgot they existed!

  • Thank you!!

  • the wheels on this car are incorrect, the 'snowflake' aluminum wheel was NOT available in body color, or the 15x8 size, which was specific to the WS6 Trans Am. The dash was also used on the Grand LeMans, and the tach was a factory option. still a nice example!!

  • My best to your family. Idig how you celebrate everything american muscle, well done

  • Really nice !

    Cheers !

  • You mention several times that the dash is specific only to the Can Am. It's not. It was taken part and parcel from the '73-'75 Grand Am's, including the console. I owned a '73 Grand Am for many years, always wanted to find a Can Am that needed love and customize it with a 455 4haker ht of the Grand Am and keep the Can AM shaker hood and spoiler. Yours is a beautiful example of an original Can Am, though, keep it that way!

  • I always thought this car was neat. I had a LeMans junker that I drove for a year. It did the job. Wouldn't mind one of these myself.

  • still prefer a trans am though

  • I had a 1976 Pontiac Grand Le Mans.. same color.. white with firethorn red inside and a landau top in firethorn red. It had the same dash as this one, but a clock was where the tach was. My car had the gauge package and a factory 8 track and the RTS. It had the 350 in it, so not as fast, I do not know if the Grand Le Mans was heavier or not. I had the Rally ll wheels and tilt wheel and the bumper group..I sure wish I had it back. For some reason the Pontiac Le Mans did sell likeother GM brands.

  • I remember seeing an advertisement in a magazine for this model back in 1977. I was 13 at the time . To this day I have never actually seen one of these. They must be extremely rare. You have a beautiful car and have taken great care of it.

  • My god! I cant believe it! =} Im in love!

  • i'd kill for this car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Looks like its in good hands. Beautiful car!

  • how many people ask you what it is, and how many people know what it is on the street?

  • I question those rims, being the original rims that came on the Can Am's. ,but they could be? Nice Car I have a 1973 Grandam

  • Very informative...Just finished your vid and came away with some new knowledge!

  • Love it!... One rare pontiac in stunnig condition

  • Great car and video-We have two at home-You could also get the interior in red/white together and tan

  • this car is a cash for clunker, i'll take a 2009 honda civic over this tank

  • @masterlee123 i really hope that you are joking.

  • @masterlee123 i rather take a tank over a aluminum can any day lol... american muscle all the way

  • I WANT THIS CAR ! LOL!

  • Holy God.... This car is just Stunningly Beautiful!

The '77 Le Mans is one of my favourite cars anyway but this is just stunning especially for an original condition.... I've never seen a Can Am in this much detail before... Its just Beautiful, take good care of it.......

  • What a superb "Classic" car....Just Awesome!!!!

  • Very nicely done video. Cool car. Randy Bachman would be proud.

  • How many colors did this car originally come in ?

White - ok I swore I've seen blue and yellow versions before.

I just think this is a real nice car. This model. I rarely see any of these on the road anymore.

  • Hey did you sell your car to a guy in san diego?

  • haha - love the BTO sound over - move on down!!!

  • I also own a Can Am since 1978, currently being all redone.
