  • I don't know if you guys have seen the VG30DE by itself out of the bay but it's GIGANTIC, let alone the TT. Funny how a 350 fits into the car noticably better. I've got an unused TH-350 trans and am okay with buying a used LS1, I think I can pull this swap off for under 10K. We'll see...

  • One hugely important question....I really hope I get my answer... How did u get a chevy 350 to bolt up to a supra transmission? I've seen 1000+hp supras with 6speeds and I want their trans in my 5.0

  • That abc is cheeper and way easier to work on. No computers not turbo timer no excessive tuning needed andall that shiny new crim parts will dominate most street legal imports

  • What better way than to create a car that has the best of both worlds.

    Import- the body of a Z32 is perfect. Aside from weight, there are always way to reduce weight.

    Domestic- that V8 engine, oh that V8.... The instant torque, reliability, and rawness of the old school motors.

    Definitely a build worth doing.

  • @BoogieMain17 Yes I've replaced them in both mine and my wife's tt 300zx's. As well as replacing her turbos.

  • That original engine looked sweet not saying it was any better than the new or the other way round but it definetely looked bad ass!

  • I own a 90 zx tt and ive been balls deep into the engine bay working on it. Now I see your vid and the v8 looks so much smaller and easier to work on than the vg30

  • @BoogieMain17 Pull the radiator/fan/shroud. 6 easy bolts and two hose clamps. Then EVERYTHING on the front of that engine is cake.

  • How did you get the clearance between the clutch fan and the radiator. I can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • I applaud the work looks like a well thought out build. looks clean what size small block is this? IMO iwould do this if it were a sbcTT

  • The VG30DETT V6 in every Z32 (JUN Z32) still holds the world landspeed record going over 260mph (419+km/h) and it's best run was over 267mph (424.740km/h). The fastest twin turbo Corvette V8 did 255mph so far. The JUN Z can hit 270mph now. Look it up
