my mac won't even turn on whhen i press power button nothing turns on and beforere that my mac could only be in caaps abnd i restart it next day no responce completely and i tried this nothing happened for ann hour

Iv only had my IMac two days, was installing some cannon software needed to rebbot for the installation to complete started it back up screen stayed white..so I turned the power button off and now the stupid screen want even come on at all, nor will the power light..then the fan went crazy sounded like an hair dryer....shit myself thought it was going to explode in my face....now Im back to using my del PC....What a fucking JOKE...never been so anoyed in my whole entier life...GRRHHHHH..

step 1 : open your mac

step 2 : if you open your mac theres a sound *DONG* then hold ALT

step 3 : click your hard drv then your done tadaaa!

i think the hard drive is broken. just go to apple store, they will find out though:)

My macbook pro turns on, and stays on the white startup screen with the apple and the rotating loading thing and doesnt change and stays like that for ages. I tried to do this but it didnt help

@fireanttwelve hello this happend to me when i first got my mac you may have figured this out becuz ur comment was posted 2 moths ago but you may have to try to trepair your hardrives becuz they may be corrupted i dont know how to repair look it up but if that didnt work you will have to reinstall the disks that you got with you mac.
