I'm reading the comments and I guess you ppl didn't watch Clannad because the meaning of this song is obvious. "The Place" she's singing about is the feeling in your heart when yr surrounded by the ppl you love and love you. ie: boyfriend, girlfriend, family and friends. Why it's call Ana I have no idea :D

@metalmine1 m8, the lyrics doesn't have a meaning for some poeple but for the singer the lyrics has a beatiful meaning, and for me 2, because i saw clannad many times and im a man and i admit that i cried seeing clannad, thats why this song has a strong meaning for me its nostalgic.

Try to find your own meaning just by seeing clannad. (Just read my comment while listening to the music)
