You have to be a citizen to petition for aliean fiancee and that! you have to go thru u.s.c.i.s. which is basically immigration services that what the i stand for, and if your not! your likely to get denied and that will be a waste of time and your $400 so yeah that what i went through and it took me 5 month of pending time i heard some can do it in 3 month but i guess that only if you have money and can hired an attourny to help
