  • I really Like when U2 explain the Principles behind the techniques. Techniques may fail but Principles have a very high rate of success. Example: Gravity will always pull down but high kicks may fail often. Knowing the Principles will allow more options when 1 or more techniques fail. again Thank U. Mr. Don s thomas

  • Aaand I love how Professor Seminario showed sharp proficiency with the "traditional" techniques and Professor Serrano showed a cold Gathering Clouds "B" version. You know what? You guys should put out a whole "WHAT IF" variant of each self-defense technique.

  • I like this technique! I teach both the classic and my own variants of this technique at my school, using the same movements whether armed (knife, stick, gun, chain, etc.) or not, facing one or multiple assailants, standing clinch or ground. Our methodology forces our students to acquire a very very deep facility and muscle memory with each technique and the tactical imoeratives of each sequence, thereby making "insertions" and "alterations" instinctive.

  • superb vid sifus
