Sidekick LX don't work this way, it will actually lock your sim.

You aren't unlocking shit. Where is the code you need? All you are doing is switching to another available network. UNLOCKING means it will work on any network.

I did, it pops up an activations screen when the phone is turned out. You have 48 hours to activate and such. Pressing menuL will temporarily unlock it, but it resets every time it turns off. I'm trying to figure out how to perm. unlock it.

i think that the pin is the last 4 numbers of the puk.

it should ask for your sim pin if you go to sim center and click change. comment back if you still need help
