This is not funny! His anal glands are impacted and it hurts. The scooting is him trying to relieve the impaction, take him to the doctor before it really costs you alot of money if he gets infected.
There's nothing wrong with his glands, the grass was being cut and he got it on his bum and was trying to wipe it off, unfortunately the more he tried to wipe it off the more grass he was getting on his bum.
My Yorkshire Terrrir does the same. LOL
