  • FYI-many types of various radiation protocols out there, various dosemetrics, even combo radiations w/brachy seeding protocols. There are 3 main rays used in PCa external radiation protocols: Neutron (rare to find locations) the most potent ray, Proton next in power (more common), Photon (IMRT machines) very common now. It is even possible to have 2 machines used in conjunction, because I have done so and got the max.-max. which was needed in a very high risk scenario. Research any/all methods.
