  • That drawing at the beginning is bad ass

  • what college did you go to for this learning, also what is the name of the clay that you are using

  • MASTER!

  • I was looking for different methods of making armatures and found this wonderful series. Thanks so much for sharing your art with the world. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is totally mesmerized by your work. I've been watching them non stop! Amazing! Please don't be shy about posting more of them. They are very helpful to those of us who are mere mortals.

  • fuck at last, i found part 1

  • What kind of clay..?

  • where can I buy that " Resin & Hardener" material? What's the name of the product? can that stick to PVC? regards.

  • so how will you remove the armature wire?

  • have you thought of making a jack replica from the nightmare before christmas,if so i would pay for one

  • Are you going to make a slower version available on DVD to sell, of the Superhero Action Figure Anatomical Proportion Sculpting with detachable armature? I would buy it for sure.

  • whats the name u use for the joint? The one with a hollow stick and the other stick thats fit perfectly into the hollow.I wanna do it for the 1st time.

    thank you.

  • @guoliangify

Do a search for "Square plastic Tube " . You should be able to get this from any art and craft supply store

  • I assume you're using sculpey, so are those plastic tubes heat resistant?

  • @jitterbugbill

Not sure.. have not tried it in the oven, however boiling your sculpey will not melt the plastic though. Boiling works great by the way.

  • What would be the best way to scale up in size for the figure and keep the proportions correct? I ordered some proportion calipers and a proportional scale. Will this help?

    Thanks

  • @draven2276 Best way is to take a picture of what ever you want to scale, go to photoshop and scale it to what ever scale u want, and make sure to print it out to the exact size you want. From there just measure with your calipers and transfer it to your sculpt like what I am doing.

  • Thank you so much!

I've been wondering and confusing what's the proper thing to use as a base for creating such detailed sculpture.

    Thank you!!!

  • @cocopearl671

For mine I use a piece of wood fiber board . Or any piece of wood will do. Some people would drill a hole and stick their armature wire in there. Well if u dun have a drill u can do it like what i did, with a of stapler gun.

  • What is called the white stick thing with the whole in the middle?

    Where can I get that?

Thank you for the great lecture!

    Your work is beautiful

  • @cocopearl671
