alot of it is in ur legs, when u push out u have to kinda lift ur butt with ur legs in that squatting position.. but also help urself along with ur hands/arms so not so much weight is on ur legs trying to pull

In caterpillar she should be climbing UP, not DOWN from the pole.. Going down doesn't make sense and it doesn't look pretty.
