@EvilDarkJackel That's also my issue with the game. I'd like a class that can switch between two different weapon types like sword/shield or dual swords and then greatsword. Seems Tera doesn't have that kind of thing including hybrids classes like paladin/templar or shadow/dark knight.

@53DF i dunno.. they said there's not going to be any pvp gears and by the looks of some of the pvp vids out there it takes alot of practice to aim properly. I imagine tera's engame pvp will be more exhilirating due to this non targetting system where people can actually take on multiple players and actually have a chance in winning.. though some ranged may ragequit cuz they can't aim right..

tbh im looking forward to how immerse the pvp experience will be. i mean 10,000 players on 1 server *_*

Ress on spot = Open world PvP fights goes on forever. If there's NOT a safe respawn you can get your ass ganked for HOURS until the gankers gets bored. Or log out and wait for ppl to go away... ROTFLMAO.

Too many flashy skills, in a 4 ppl fights things gets confusional and the effects too distracrive. This also precludes mass PvP. Imagine 6vs6 with those effects. Pure chaos.

@YasahiiUso similar to what anyone with a broad-sword would do...swing it around hoping to knock an opponent down to deal more devastating blows. It's interesting though because the slayer is using AoE attack if you see, he attacks from the front but when the warrior is to his side or back she is still hit, so his range offsets her speed nicely..it's not brainless but I guess they are both getting used too the class itself, it's actually quite interesting :3

This game does have blocking, but warriors do not, (the class she was playing) at least at this stage in development I don't think. Warriors are dodgy classes, and they use flimsy swords, blocking with them just wouldn't make sense, there are 2 classes that do have a full on block skill; lancers and berserkers.

Sooo... this video shows how much the rogue/assassin w/e class fails against anything. The movement is pretty cool tho, dodging etc. although it doesn't look like anything near "beta" more like early alpha.

@xxxffs The closed betas in this game are done so that player feedback can actually be implemented into the game. So yes, you might be right in assuming that.

For example, in the last CBT players mentioned that they wanted more gear and customization options, and so they are implementing exactly that.

I think its a fairly smart move by the developers to do this, rather than giving players a CBT th
