It is a fact that pro se litigants do better for the simple reason that they do not fear the judge or magistrate depending what state your in. We the people are not officers of the court and therefore have no conflict of interest like lawyers do. How can they be officers of the court and at the same time defend a client against their boss. Impossible and this is why they always cut a deal.
