with all GOD and all his angels must sometimes gets a laugh hearing all of our comments to things, they really gotta love youtube as much as we.... :)
Which is exactly why those who deny this concept are in contradiction with their existence and have just been blinded/ Currupted(for lack of a better term)from "What is"(Truth).
I will agree to your statement. I do believe in an afterlife. However I'm sick of all these pseudo-intellectuals. Extremely logical; There's no such thing. Highly likely; You couldn't possibly make an accurate hypothesis with what we know. The things we know are only a mere facet of the universe. We're no where near understanding it. So I decided to demonstrate what a fallacious statement it was. Finally maybe someone will listen. What it means to be logical is to simply have a reasoning process
your just making an axiom, you cant build on ideas making up that there is an afterlife. you will not be around to say HAHA GOT YOU BASTARD DEXTER IM SUCH A CLEVER DICK "happy little egotrip cookie" if it did exist. it is too subjective to exist as a single word and at the end of the day it is just a word. just like conciousness.
I only said this not only because I do believe in one, but also to demonstrate that stating a point of view objectively hardly makes it true. Quote from somewhere in this vid:"An after life is extremely illogical and highly unlikely"
I don't believe there is "another side". Death simply means your body is no longer capable of sustaining your life, so it stops. Your lungs stop inhaling oxygen, your heart stops pumping it around and your braincells stop with sending impulses. Your being will seize to exist, no matter how sad an idea that is. The "other side" is thought up by people who cannot accept that death is the final and ultimate end of your existence.
An afterlife would be extremely illogical and is highly unlikely.

Well then, When the time comes...Although excited, I am still scared of the end..not because of the (although scary) dieing part, but of what there is on the other end...Who knows?
The Sun won't explode. It's not massive enough. Massive stars explode when all their energy is used up, but those are called super novas. The Sun will expand as it grows like all stars do, but when the Sun dies...it will basically just die out into a dimly lit brown dwarf.
Well most likely...the Sun will incinerate us before that happens. Stars grow throughout their lifetime, and when the Sun becomes a "senior citizen" if you will...it will have already expanded beyond the Earth's orbit.
The good news is...as the Sun grows, it will push the Earth farthur out as well. So the Earth's orbit will be of a larger circumference. We just need to hope that the Sun doesn't grow faster than it pushes the Earth away from it. Plus the water will all boil away.
Maek, you're absolutely right but, by the time the galaxies collide, the Earth will have already been uninhabitabal because the increased size of the sun would make the Earth so hot that all the water would boil, all life would die...and all we would have is basically a planet like Mercury.
You'd think so, but here's the weird thing- the big ball of matter and energy we call the universe IS floating in infinite space. We know this because we believe that entire ball moved as a whole recently. It is believed that our universe is being gravitationally attracted to another one somewhere in the infinite space outside of it.
Well scienctists are thinking the same thing. We know that the Big Bang happened, but what we don't know is what started it. We also know that the Universe is going to expand into an infinte size. So what happes then. Scientists are starting to look into a hypothesis that when the universe reachs infinite size it will shrink back into infinite density and the back into infinite size. So you may be right that the universe has a new begining every time the universe bang and becomes bigger.
Reaching an infinite size requires infinite time, same with infinite small.. just cant happen, you can't reach those values, unless f.ex. the component of time is altered. Or if infinite does not exist.
But... what if the universe is rolled out on a torus with a very narrow center hole?
This would stretch everything until it reverses toward the narrow hole: compression, and so on.. but this also compresses the space grid so who would notice..
Time is an illusion. Time on Earth is slower than time in space. Also Hawking has also figured out that as a person gets older time is faster for them. Time is arguably the most confusing subject in physics.
Time is all relative to consciousness and although time is real and changes throughout the universe our minds may not be able to understand it. Take the example of a fruit fly, a fly must be able to receive and analyze information extremely quickly and therefore time to them is expressed much slower than it is to us. The concepts of consciousness and time are simply not understandable by humans at the moment. Although eventually maybe our brains will be able to understand these ideas.
this is the end of the universe not humans.they belive there are many universes getting to them they dont know how but whats to stop us in many of billions of years to get there
That got me thinking...it's sad to think that all of this will be gone, the music, the videos, everything! Can't they think of a way to save this stuff for other intelligent lifeforms out there? :-)
Gee, well that's one question that no one can answer for now. People seem to be taking my comment awfully seriously. I take it as a sign that they don't appreciate good electronic music all that much. Unless they assume other intelligent lifeforms make better music. :-)
Well, that's a relief. I'm kind of fed up with pretentious, philosophical, angst-ridden assholes who hope that the apocalypse would just come because other people just aren't intellectual enuff. And gawd knows music, or anything that brings actual enjoyment, is not intellectual.

its simple all you have to do to have an afterlife is get this tattooed on your head 217 years before you die;

but maybe we might be in side of another "big bang" just creating itself while it implodes all over again

the universe iss just gonna countinue to grow unless god tells it to stop
plus it will never end cuz it is infinite space ....like link's pockets

It doesn't exist, there is nothing there. We perceive the universe in the dimensions of space, beyond the edge there is no more space.
Imagine time before you were born, or after you die.
