Uh, this design isn't any good as you can see it was already starting to come apart in the video. It should have had a wood frame inside of the tires to hold the thing together better.

I used 6 tires 3connected on bottom and 3 on top so when the top falls off i practice shooting picking it up and placing it back on top,But now there all connected.Also hammer fist and hooks while its on ground.

ncie idea but you cold make it a lot more stable, just weight the bottom tire more wont have to bother picking it back then as it should sotp it form falling all the wya over but it also might just cause it to break i suppose

I think this is a great dummy! Maybe these guys only practice on a soft bag. This dummy is stiff and heavy to punch on so it will make your wrists stronger. The tires absorb less power. This dummy really makes you stronger.
