First Aid - sprains

Good Lord ,this'll help. I'm a phyisical nurse (we have mental nurses) as Dallas rec center. Some kids pumped into each other. One sprained their ankle and broke their toe and the other just sprained her ankle. Bless their hearts.

Man i reamber when i sprain my ankle. I was at my best friend birthday party. At a rolling rink. And there was a girl in front of me that and decides 2 stop and the person behind hit me and I fell down to the floor. Hell yea. It's hurt. But I'm the kinda of girl that, if I get hurt be strong. Idk. But when I got home I was jumpin around it's got wrost. But I wasn't goin to let that stop me. But now my ankle is all good. I can't really jump that high anymore :(

@97ff That is false. I am 3 years from being a Doctor. How could I examine the foot if the shoe is on? However, at the work place, I guess you leave the shoe on, you know, and continue your day? What are you studying in school? Business? How to save money and not pay medical insurance bills for Employees?
