Oh gosh... is he trying to make beginers look like stressed out freaks? "Slightly bend your knees." WTF? WHY? What is point of that.. I play ping pong after school and I have a feeling some of them have seen this. They're jumpy, which makes them volnurable and easy to beat.

In my opinion, just stay relaxed, have fun, and make up your own serve. Don't try to copy someone else, be unique. Use spin or don't use spin. Just have YOUR serve that YOU made up.

Be original.

the stand of the feets is wrong (behind the table), and serving out of the table is not a good way for a "amateurke" ( like you). If you do this serve without spin you will get a "lell" around your head! Learn first pushing and contra, ...
