    I learned it in a gym, but without the wooden bar and a soft pit. You should never fall down, if you have a bandage (clothers), which is good to keep your hands. And do not open your hands while do this exercise.

  • Did you learn this on a bar like this? Or did you train in a gym with wooden bar and soft pit? I badly want to learn this, but I don't have access to a gym, all i have are metal bars like this one.

    I couldn't swing that high.just as high as the bar.Are there any tips to do the giant.

  • when your body has a bottom position, you should make a good splash by your lags to the top (see how I start to do giant).

  • the width should be about 3 centimeters.

    the straps will not peel your hands but maybe lettle bit, so you can put any clother between your hand and the strap.

    no, thanks to that thing you will not able loose your hands, but even that happens your wrist will not be torn and you will not fall down.
