not the kick....i need to know if the physics is the same on this TB as the PC TB...like if you contract your knee on here it moves exactly the same on PC.

I would guess no, from the videos I've seen it looks pretty different. But Hampa would be your best bet to get the right answer :)

the physics are same but there is an extra boost for a joint

The physics are different, but not vastly.  The principles are the same, but some moves will need slightly adjusted.
