What a great song. And it's so timeless. Because after all, there's still Harper Valley town's here, and all over the world for that matter. Those Hypocritical towns, with those who are ready to burn people at the stake, and yet not looking at themselves in the mirrors. And I love the way Jeannie C. sings this. It's as if she's been through it herself, or seen it for herself. Wonderful song. They should play this at all the pulpits around the world.
