  • wow i bet that was fun. Great to see the locomotive pushed to its limits. working as hard as it can

  • What a marvolous way to play in the snow! Great stuff.

  • I JUST TRIPPED THE FUCK OUT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS A TRAIN. UNBELIEVABLE.

  • Oh yeah also cant believe it has that much power, wow thats a lot of snow to push through.

  • chooo chooo!!

  • pretty cool

  • that was pretty cool. This trains reminds me of some I seen in Pennsylvania....in the dutch country area

  • time to get a big-boy out there to plow lol

  • Wheres the snow plough made?

  • @d7106 The snow plow was made from a 55 gallon oil drum that was attached to a short gondola that is filled with concrete.

  • Should had someone running a pusher! Nice machine!

  • deeper than my pockets. Nice Stuff !!!

  • Nice, especially from the engine POV.

Then you were stupid trying to be "artistic" with the dumb music and photos.

  • why does this video ask if you want to download "this song" and there isnt any music in the video?

  • Maybe you need a rotary plow.

  • Do you have any footage of the Snow Plow extra from this year, or should I saw this winter?

  • my grandfather and i make these to put into people homes. G-Gauge and some ho

  • what club this at????

  • @CGiordano464

Its not a club its his personal railroad the RedLake Junction Railroad

  • Amazing video and performances of this engine!!!!!

  • Awsome! Very nice clip! Where is this filmed? Thanks for sharing, very impressive!

  • the Redlake Junction Railroad in Williams, Az

  • Did the double-header plow better?

  • The double-header was better. When you reach the magical temperature when the crushed snow refreezes on top of the rail you are done for the day and lucky if the engine can get it self back to the house. Even sand does not help.

  • that's realy nice

  • hehe next time make a Rotary for deep snow =)

  • That looks so much fun! Trains, snow, scenery! We just don't do stuff like this over in the UK!

  • I'm impressed that everyone but me has managed to restrain the temptation to make crude jokes about the powerful equipement he has between his legs.

  • Awsome!

  • This is really neat. The little engine that could, did!

  • Music sounds like it's from an old porn movie! But the train is cool as hell! Nice job!

  • hahahhaa... dale cañaaaaaaaa!!!!

  • Wet heavy snow is usually a pain to shovel or plow, but that looks like a lot of fun!

I'm actually looking into building a 1.5" steam engine. Can you tell me what the typical operating pressure of one is?

  • The guy in this video at one point had his locomotive set to the max allowed boiler pressure as set by the boiler inspector which is 150 PSI. however his first pop off valve (designed to keep the boiler from exploding) goes off about 145 but the second at 150 drops the pressure to a safer pressure. A lot of people run their locomotives at about 120-125 psi as that is adequate pressure but by having a higher pressure you don't have to worry about the consumption of steam when you are running.

  • Give 'er hell!

  • Very nice!

  • Nice garden railroad! Do you usually clear the track that way? Or shovel. Thanx fur sharin'!

  • I really enjoyed that

  • COOL

  • I loved your video, that steamer has a lot of power to do all that. Like the signals as well all lit up. good show.

  • I thought that was Train but I didnt see the person on it LOL!

  • lol me 2

  • Yeah that was crazy.

  • Great Video, who's RR is this? I can't place it covered in snow! Pat

  • AHAHAHAHAHA THATS AWSOME!

  • Not hiring you to do my driveway! Mite take you all day!!

  • oh and this is a great video it seems like your loco is ready to jump right off the tracks

  • i guess your still using the honda 1000 watt gen i can here it in the back ground

  • I love it!!!

  • i've got an allen mogul...i didn't know it would do that! do you have any extra weight built it anywhere?

  • The boiler is not the standard straight boiler found on most moguls and is a little thicker. When plowing snow it is more about how fast you dare to hit it each time.

  • thats cool!

  • stalled

  • That's great video!!! Loves the sound on that train.

  • Hey there Robbie! Skeet here. Just checking Erin's blog and saw the video. Nice work...

  • why is the time going backwards?

  • ...what are you smoking?...LOL

  • Do you not see the time stamp right in the middle of the video that starts at 1:51 and goes backwards to 1:44 throughout the course of the video???

  • Ok I see it, dosn't say the time goes backward, only the clock, maybe it's a camera setting stop worry.

  • woow

    very cool!

    great job plowing the snow

  • Sounds like you could use some operational sanders on that engine! I imagine double headed you pretty well had it covered though. Nice video!

  • Looks like alot of fun!

  • All I can say is "That is so outstanding" a rotary plower would be cool. Do not know if they make one for your scale.

  • Wow...it'd be neat to see this... especially with it being so close to me...

  • awsome trains

  • amazing but you didn't listen to Nancy Reagan about addictions when she said you should "just say no" lol :) glad you didn't listen to her :)))

  • great plow!!!

you should build a live steam rotary

  • @mikes47jeep yea! i agree, can you b uild one? or you cant? i will accept either way u decide =) at least its a new try! =)

  • Whoa, thats awesome! Good job!

  • Looks like the 2-6-0 is doing a great job, and it sounds good too.
