Thanks for the video, bit of feedback though... The sound in terrible, not sure if its the presenters voice, or the audio recording, but it sounds like shes shouting really loudly.
What's the point of having this video if the video quality is so pathetic? Looks more like an advertisement for potential customers rather than an information source.
