And on snes, pushes it to the max.

    A+++++

  • ah lol I remeber this game! I had this song recorded on a tape back in the day! 1993 I think! Damn good times!

  • Lmao, Idk why but I thought of that one song "Sadness" by Enigma haha

  • LOVE THIS GAME AND MUSIC. Just got a used cartridge of the game. Super sweet.

  • Name one other videogame in the 90's that sampled hip hop & rnb better! You can't!

  • Silentinternet Yeah you just keep telling yourself that, well so long have fun hating things just remember I forgive you

  • I love the sound of that picked bass guitar. The groove is so damn smooth.

  • Maaaaaaaaaaaan. When this game first came and I got to this stage, my mouth just dropped. This beat was so Sick to be an SNES game. So I use to pause this stage too and pop some popcorn bopping my head lol. The memories =>

  • This song can be excellent with soul 2 soul back to life

  • great bass for a snes game.

  • theres something just so laid back and spiritual about this track beat. it reminds me of dying and making it to heaven and never having to worry about shedding another tear or having a broken heart or worrying about finances or anything. forever peace love and harmony.

yea i sound like a pussy but wutever, considering wut i been through, i could use it.

  • dam, this song brings back memorys

  • *singing* Girl you know it's true ooh ooh ooh I love you.Come on you know it's the same basic rhythm

  • @dorourke105 ROFLMAO! I was thinking the SAME thing.

  • me 2

  • i used to play the game up until this swimming level and just hit pause and let the beat rock....such dope chill track.

  • yeah its amazing.

"Lloyd - Girls All Around the World" seems to have copied the beat kinda

  • yo this beat BEATS Lloyd BIG TIME!!!

  • The beat came from Ashley's Roachclip by The Soul Searchers so yeah.

  • @Renegade466isback Both sample Eric B & Rakim's "Paid in Full". The baseline is somewhat similar, but not quite. That drum track has been sampled to death now, and most of the time, I'm sick of hearing it on anything other than "Paid in Full", but this is an exception. It is too groovy!

  • Actually, Paid In Full samples an old Gogo song called Ashley's Roachclip by the Soul Searchers.

  • @thapoint09 Yeah, but it got popular when it was used in Paid in full. But I mean, yeah.... the original is always the original.

  • @Renegade466isback And one year later...

  • @Renegade466isback I wouldn't say copy since the beat is a house beat, isn't that genre kind of based on using the same type of beats?

  • @Renegade466isback

that's a commonplace late 80s early 90s beat. i loved this song though. Reminds me of a soul II soul song

  • @Renegade466isback

You mean "Paid in Full" by Eric B. and Rakim? Plus that drum sample is from an older song. Can't pinpoint it though.

  • @calixa lol me too man. This game had some of the smoothest music. I remember my brother renteed this game and I was walking by his room and heard the music and was blown away at the sounds the snes was putting out.

  • @calixa That is EXACTLY what I did, Lol. As a matter of fact, whenever I play this game, that is all that is on my mind until I get there. My first time hearing this was back in 95 when I first played the game. I started going through the level for about 2 minutes before I paused it to just nod to the tune. And I was only 8 back then. 23 years old now and still loving this track.

The net makes this BGM easy to hear, but I still play the game to this part, pause the game, and let the beat rock.
