1. Yes, the majority of scammers aren't Nigerian, but they hold a nice, big piece of the 419 pie.
2. I bait these fools, I have seen their many formats. Ever seen a Nigerian scammer pretend to be a charity, or to be selling puppies? I've seen plenty. Don't assume all victims are greedy. Some simply want to leave money for their children when they die. It is not all that uncommon. Others are poor and see this as their only way out. There are many motives, don't lump them all under "greedy".
