And boy A JUST got out of prison before this, so they most likely waited on him so they could pull it off meaning that he had connections in prison or they planned this entire thing before he was in prison. So many unanswered questions like what did boy A go to prison for.
That means that as a low leader of yakuza he would also have higher people to tell him what to do and junko must of offended them or someone junko knew did. Some things seem to be missing.
Such as if she knew a prison worker or had something to do with them such as a school mate or something. They really should have either gotten the death sentence, or prison for life. It angers me how they didn't get either punishment, just cause they were "minors". MURDER IS MURDER. They even tortured her to death for 44 days!
And apparently, there was several people who had even known about Junko being held prisoner and did NOTHING (even the yakuza kid's parents who knew wanted to save themselves instead of some innocent girl)! Junko could still be alive if they had actually did something...

Either way if boy A did have connections in prison they would have connections with yakuza who would have connections with boy B and C who were both probably members. This means yakuza had every thing set up and NEEDED boy A out any way and needed something done with junko.

In order for this entire thing to be solved we need much much earlier files of EVERYTHING that went on before the time of the events. Where was she kidnapped. And boy A JUST got out of prison before this, so they most likely waited on him so they could pull it off meaning that he had connections in prison or they planned this entire thing before he was in prison. So many unanswered questions like what did boy A go to prison for.
