  • ive been trying to find out what the hell the wheel of crap is...is it a real thing or did you make it up? cuz id love to check it out haha

  • I made it specifically for this

  • the snes version is waaaaaaaaay better and different

  • I've played the snes version and loved it....what is this crap?

  • Hmm Maybe the Power and Speed affected the difficulty against you Zeta.

  • wtf i have never heard of this piece of garbage

  • I'm pretty sure speed and power were referring to the enemy, not you. Which is why you got your ass kicked after turning it up to 8.

  • did april say "come at me bro?"

  • Reading the manual really helps in figuring out the controls. Raphael is the most similar to the Street Fighter II controls. April is probably the best when used properly on account of her low kick and suplex throws are so cheap.

  • Why the fuck are they fighting on different planets?

  • wow..i can't stop thinking "Blaze Fielding"

  • is it me... or does that music on the "Ocean Planet" sound ALOT like like something from FZero... maybe a Mute city or Big Blue?

  • April O'Neil in this game is the biggest ripoff of Blaze Fielding.

  • Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles? So are they ninjas in a half shell?

  • ralph and casey did fight in the 1st movie

  • Only reason I played the SNES version was because I was in the Blockbuster World Game Championship back in 1994, and this was one of the games we had to play.

  • Super Nintendo once again shows the Sega Genesis up.

  • The snes version is great, I wonder if this came out first or something

  • I think this might be based on the new series where April learned ninja moves. Cause otherwise I have no idea how she could kick your ass.

  • oh, it's school's out for 10 weeks now.... what should i do?

meh fuck it, i'll just do a youtube marathon on this channel,,, again. ;D

i like the tmnt III the most. donatello can do this awesome throw ^^

    cheers...

  • I think the only good thing about this game is April Vs. Evil April.

  • great video man. the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in kicks ass in USA .Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles is a shit name

  • I'm pretty sure the power and speed settings were for the computer, not yourself.

  • Ha! I remember this game! I had the SNES version. One day I traded my cousins Street Fighter II: Turbo and Contra 3, for this game and Super Double Dragon, supposedly for only a week (I saw them every Saturday)

They promptly 'lost' may games. I never saw those copies of SF2 or C3 again. It was a sad and tragic time.

  • @Th3OriginalGing3r My wording there is odd. To clarify, I traded MY copies of Street Fighter II and Contra 3, for THEIR copies of TMNT and SDD...

  • I don't take offense to your attempted insult, but I am offended that you couldn't even do it coherently. You couldn't even make it through one sentence with any sense of spelling and grammar? Your one chance to make a point, and you manage to waste it. Oh well, better luck somewhere else.

    Derp.

  • @BAUT30 you sir are fat and ugly troll :/ no offence

  • @BAUT30 your a fuck tard who is jealous.zeta has a great point about you you bitch ass cock bite

  • @BAUT30 you sire, who make PIVIOT videos come here and insult our great zeta? obviously he has much more of a life than you have, you stupid troll.

  • @BAUT30 GTFO

  • @BAUT30 don't make insulting comments because it just shows how much you are bad at spelling and grammar.

  • @BAUT30 wow... just wow..

  • wait.. you still had another round.. 2/3 shouldn't be a game over... 3/3 is.. what the hell?!?

  • @comanche119 It's out of 3 matches so 2/3 would still be a win.

  • @comanche119 Best two out of three

  • @PandoraMN oh.

  • @BAUT30 Dude, Zeta has dedicated an entire flash wheel to trying every old game. The programming for that takes time. So do LPs. You don't really think it's that easy do you?

  • @BAUT30 this comment...i dont even... how do you talk?

  • Not to mention you can just use the throw, approach and throw technique seen in ShiryuGL's TMNT Tournament Bosses video

  • If you ask me, I preferred the SNES version. Genesis had BS AI as well as having an annoying ending if you complete the game on any difficulty than the hardest level.

  • I could be wrong here but the 1st thing I think about while watching April fight is Princess Peach competing in the Smash Bros. games.

  • The different consoles had completely different games with this name on it. The SNES one changed the story into some weirdass game show, but all the controls were much more decent and fluid and the characters were mostly different (and April was not a fighter.) The NES version was just terrifying madness for even trying to do a fighting game anywhere near Street-Fighter-2-era standard in 8-bit.

  • Sisyphus has syphilis! i don't know why...but i wanted to say that

  • I used to love this game for SNES. Not so much on Sega.

  • In later editions of the comics, April was learning ninjitsu from Splinter and the Turtles. I think this was released around that time (that's when Man Ray/Ray Fillet showed up), so she's probably been trained by then.

I always wondered why you couldn't play as the bad guys in this. I mean, Rocksteady, Bebop, a Foot Soldier, Leatherhead? It's so obvious. You had a couple in the SNES version, but no one major.

As for April's "cat scratch" move: "The Catwoman From Channel Six." Nuff said.

  • 224 views and 14 comments? How is that possible?

  • @Johnnymushio I'll tell you how it's possible. 224 people viewed the video and only 14 people commented. Also, stop with the hipster text, you're not impressing anyone.

  • @RynoZodiac It is character encoding, dumbass. You do not even know why it is appearing this way, so stop pretending you even know what it is.

  • Clearly should've been playing as Man-Ray or whatever, if that last battle was any indication.

  • Yeah; the Genesis version of TMNT Tournament Fighters is awful. I never made it far due to the cheap AI. The SNES version is way better.

To be fair, however, April having a more action-oriented role in this game might harken back to the comics where she did receive some training from Splinter and was a decent fighter, as opposed to the stock damsel-in-distress of the original animated series. She was apparently able to kick butt and take names in the 4th movie also.

  • I'm pretty sure "level 4" in the options was the difficulty. I also couldn't help but notice that April was "gainaxing" slightly.

  • Aww, you could have at least gone to the other planets to show off the rest of the cast. Oh and the speed and power settings effect both you and your opponent. Ray Fillet was one of the Mutanimals from the comic and Sisyphus was created for this game.

  • hero turtles = fail...I used to tease my friends from the UK about that when I was a kid whenever we were over to visit family there. I think after the second movie the laws relaxed about the word "ninja" and they started calling them TMNT after that.

  • Super nintendo version is way better!

  • y u hatin on europe, dawg?

  • Who is that guy in the wheel of crap?

  • @MrRudy6437 A dood from Startropics I think.

  • The reason it was called Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles was because Europe used to have a ban or something on using the word "ninja" in anything due to the violent implications of that word. Which is why we got Blue Shadow instead of Shadow of the Ninja, Shadow Warriors instead of Ninja Gaiden and Teenage Mutant HERO Turtles instead of Ninja Turtles. Kind of faggotty, really. Also, did you call Krang "Kraid"?

  • yes, my brain accessed the wrong name

    totally meant krang

  • @ZetaPlays accessed the name wrong? YOU ARE A ROBOT!!

  • @lmphk Strange, I've always remembered it as Teenage Mutant NINJA Turtles and I live in Europe! I've never had any video games of it though.

  • @lmphk I still think the best way to play Shadow Of The Ninja is Blue Shadow at 60hz.

  • @lmphk nope it is also tmnt in europe

  • @vampirekoopa It WAS called that. They have since lifted that ban, allowing them to now call them "Ninja Turtles" in Europe as well.

  • @lmphk Yeah, even the replays of the Hero Turtles on Bravo in 1997 or 1998 whenever it was the Ninja Turtles version with the Hero Turtles theme song. Watch the uncensored German intro of Hero Turtles for the Bravo cut but in German audio.

I guess the chucks was only banned whilst it was on the BBC?

  • @lmphk None of those names were changed where I live :s

  • i still have this game, lol ahhhh the good ol days

  • futuristic city planet... what an original name :D not that the others were any better

  • Wow, a mortal combat style fighter with a starfox map menu? This game breaks all the rules...

  • Yes.
