then when you divide by to you have x+5

oh my goodness SQUiRRELS. I left a bag of saltine's on my porch one day & a squirrel walked up to the bag (unsure at first) & took one. The thing was smart because it ran up on a wooden pole to eait it so i wouldnt try to run after it while it was chowing down on "MY" cracker. Funny thing about that is... it went back 4 another one. The formulaic explanation won't post, I don't know why...

Bottom line is: doubling a number, then halving it and then subtracting it cancels it out alltogether... you're left with "10 divided by 2" and that's always 5...

I hope it's somewhat understandable, it would be easier to show with formulae, but YouTube doesn't seem to like it... :(
