  • Houston is the place to be, a real football town!

  • This guy is the splitting image of Santonio Holmes.

  • Sleeper wide out in this draft, most wide outs in this draft are bulky but wright has the potential to be a deep threat for a team like the niners. If the eagles lose Jackson, wright would be an ideal fit.

  • the 49ers should go for uh WR like wright straight beasty this guy is!!!

  • Future first rounder.

  • He won't go Browns.

  • Hopefully Everything goes good for steelers an they keep wallace and let go of ward and cotchery to get a speedy receiver like this, and have him as the fourth receiver, if hes still undrafted by the 24th pick , (which i doubt) they should get him.

  • Browns should trade their #4 pick to Cincinnati for their 2 #1's (so that the Bengals can get Trent Richardson), then grab Kendall Wright and two other guys with #17, #21 and #22. 3 first round picks would help them a lot.

  • Come to the Bears!!!!

  • i think the texans going to grab him so he could learn from andre :D

  • Also, he is a 2nd rounder unless Jeffery has a bad combine. Blackmon, Floyd are easily the two top WRs. Jeffery can be a 1st but this is one case where the 40 time is really, really going to effect his stock. He is fat, showed up overweight in his last season and how low production(albeit he did have a bad QB).

Then there is Wright, who is 5'10 and Dwight Jones who is 6'4. Jones could shoot up to the 1st and be the 3rd WR taken if he can show that he can snatch the ball. Wright may fall 2 size.

  • @EternalWolf86 Dwight Jones won't shoot up to the first. That's quite a big stretch. As much as I would love Kendall Wright to fall to the 2nd, it won't happen. There are quite a few team out there who need a guy like this who can stretch the field. 49ers, Patriots, Browns, Bears, Texans could go after him.

  • @SportsGuy2194 I meant in the 2nd. 3, maybe four WRs are worth 1st round picks in this draft.

  • @EternalWolf86 Yes, Blackmon, Floyd, Wright. Maybe Randle and maybe Jeffery.

  • @SportsGuy2194 Draft Scenarios, which would you rather have?

Trade 2nd and 4th for RGIII, Wright, LaMichael James in the 3rd.

RGIII at four, Wright, RT Adams/Adcock in the 2nd, James in the 3rd.

Trade down, Richardson, RDE Mercilus, CB Minnifield/Jenkins in 2nd if fall, FS Martin in 2nd, James in 3rd.

Trade Down, Mercilus and OLB Brown/Kuechly in 1st, previous scenario in 2nd and 3rd.

Blackmon, Wright, OT in 2nd, James in 3rd.

Finish our entire DEF, maybe OFF, orsome of both

  • @SportsGuy2194 I think Mercilus stock is going to jump up big time. Lead the nation in sacks and had 7 or so FFs. He would be amazing alongside Sheard, could potentially be Freeney and Mathis except with better DTs(They are Shaun Rogers clones, awesome 4-3 theory for the run). Sheard and Mercilus just sound scary too. The top OLBs, Brown and Kuechly IMO, are both guys that fly around the field stopping the run and would fit perfect, we only need one. We cant go wrong in this draft

  • Usually I would be opposed to all these mock drafts with Griffin and Wright to the Browns because it looks like the neat and cool thing in a way. Its funny though because Wright does fit the Browns WCO with his speed and fearlessness over the middle. The only problem is I dont think he fits as the Y/Number 1 WR and Greg Little will be our X and Z WR. It would be like drafting a Wes Welker high which is kinda stupid. Welker is great but he is still a Slot WR but maybe its not so bad in a WCO.

  • @EternalWolf86 If the Browns take RG3 at 4 we would almost have to take Wright at 22. As for Little, he led the league in rookie receptions last year with NO help even though he had some drop issues. That's impressive considering he only played WR one full season at NC and sat out a full year before he was drafted. He was recruited as a RB! Little was an absolute steal in the 2nd round. And they also picked Sheard in the same round. Solid drafting the last 2 yrs.

  • @ShaneGentryRobb I know all about Little and how well Tom Heckert has handled the draft since we have been here. He should be a very good No 2 WR and he can play the X and Z positions, he is a perfect fit for the WCO. Wright is a great fit as well but not as a Y WR IMO(he can play X, Y or Z). Blackmon, Wright, RT Adams/Adcock, resign Hillis and LaMichael James in the 3rd would complete our offense this year and it would give McCoy a chance. He only played one year in the WCO.

  • @ShaneGentryRobb Also, if Griffin somehow fell to us at 4, which I doubt he will, we could always draft Alshon in the 2nd round if the Colts dont pick him. However I dont like Alshon as a prospect, a guy who shows up as overweight as he did and had so little production this season(even with his QB) is not a guy I want on my team. Besides, there is always Jones, Broyles, Randle, Sanu etc... at WR. We could also trade up ahead of the Bengals and get Trent Richardson in the teens.

  • goin to the bears baby

  • @bobnnate I sure hope the Bears would draft Floyd or Jeffery. Thing is, it's nearly impossible to tell if they'll still be available. If they are, definitely take them. However, Kendell Wright would be the surer bet that he's available.

Regardless, the Bears need a major upgrade at WR, probably 2. One through the draft and the other through FA would be ideal.

  • If the Bears sign Vincent Jackson, then Kendell Wright can very well be drafted at #19 by them.

Vjax, Wright, Bennett in the slot and Knox in situations would be deadly. Hester would go back to full-time KR/PR.

    DA BEARS

  • @colbalt2597 i feel that if jackson does somehow go to chicago through FA, then they also have to get a big bodied receiver. if michael floyd or jeffery is still on the board they need to get either or even sanu if theyre gone.they cant afford any small bodied speedier receivers. i think they should trade a later round(s) pick to the patriots for one of their picks in the first (we all know how belichick runs the draft) and try to get another reciever like wright if hes not taken

    DA BEARS!

  • he would look real good in burgundy and gold wit rg3

  • Griffin and Wright to cleveland

  • @clevelandshero23 why would griffin go to cleveland when they just invested in colt? i think cleveland will get richardson or blackmon but definitely not rg3

  • @TheCas94 invested what? Colt McCoy is a third round pick which dose not coast us he is replaceable. you don't invest on a third round player

  • @TheCas94 what did we invest? a 3rd rd pick?Colt isnt working and sources close to the browns are saying Holmgren and heckart are very instrested in rg3.Either way ill take blackmon to and hopefully a good tackle or ilb with the 2 1st rd picks.

  • Justin Blackmon

    Alshon Jefferys

    Michael Floyd

all all better but he will be picked by the browns since they have 2 first round picks and the first 1 will be used to get trent richardson. No browns fan i like the eagles

  • Future Charger

  • Comment removed

  • i hope texans get him, i like walter and jones but we need a #2 WR

  • I hope the texans scoop him up.. Andre and wright should be a dangerous combination

  • This guy was a key part of why the Baylor Bears were who they were the past 4 seasons, I would take him in the first round IF I were a GM, no hesitation. He reminds me of Steve Smith, short but compacted, quick AND fast, and physical as nails on the edge. I'm not done with my senior reviews, but this guy could be special.

  • @KingJB11...I would sooner compare him to DeSean Jackson because of his speed and deep threat ability.

  • Hopes he falls a lil like Dez Bryant did 2nd Round JETS should snag this kid he will be a game changer from day 1 any team he goes too.

  • Browns will draft him with atlantas 1st rounder

  • Would make a good #2 behind Andre!

  • He'll go Browns. Would love my Patriots to grab him but I don't think he'll be available in the late first.

  • @PNEJordan54 god i coudn't agree with you more I live in NE & want to see him in a Pats uniform soooo bably but no way it happens unless the pats trade up

  • Looks like the type of receiver the (Chicago) Bears would go after. Wouldn't be surprised if they're looking at him, unfortunately, because even though he looks better than Knox/Hester, he still wouldn't give the Bears what they really need in a big, physical #1.

  • @quasiknorto Thanks for the comment..and i completly agree! I still think he's an awsome reciver.. and very underrated also!

  • @HighlightStud Not underrated anymore. Just saw a mock draft on Bleacher Report saying he will go #6 to the Redskins if they don't trade up for RGIII.

  • @quasiknorto Honestly speaking I'd rank Wright as the #2 WR in this draft but thats me personally tho he is considered top 3 by analysts, but I think the Bears will go with the other top 3 guy if hes still there Michael Floyd, hes a much better fit for what the bears want & need. I see wright more likely going to the browns or texans a few picks later.

  • NINERRRSSSSS

  • BROWNS

  • Browns!

  • @mygodISclapton if I'm the Browns GM I get Trent Richardson with my first first round pick and this guy with my second first round pick.

  • Vikes 2nd round after we take morris claiborne first round

  • jags
