Indeed it is not. However, since this trailer was made, the mod has undergone some rather radical improvements (the voice acting being a big one) and is now rather a lot better.

Hey I didn't realize this had been put up on YouTube. I feel obliged to mention that this video was made several years ago and is by now grossly outdated. Pretty much everything in there (ESPECIALLY the voices) has been replaced with better stuff since this was made.

But I'm glad to see a couple of positive replies anyway. Thanks guys : )
