I like the small carrots. They are great to snack on. When I go to a BBQ get together, I make a salad, usually no one will eat my salad, but if I put an avacado in it, then the salad gets eaten up in a hurry!!! If I eat a cooked meal, then I add raw spinach or other raw greens to it, even when I eat out at a restaurant, it taste better and I feel better, while trying for 50/50 cooked/raw. when is the next challenge after this one because i'm going to be on vacation for this week coming up and i would rather start the raw diet when i'm home. thank you so much for your videos, they are so inspiring, and really make me have hope that i can get better and healthy! thanks for being awesome! so glad i found your videos!!!! :)

my favourite healthy food, hmm...chocolate? better than anything i've ever had in my life. When i cut it out of my diet i love eating corn on the cob, and tuna :D and fruit makes me look forward to it, thankyou for making this xx
Natasha, with a 100% raw diet how long can I expect to see me loosing weight and volume? I know it's hard to say, but do you have any general aproximate? keep your vids coming, I love them.
I love to eat cooked lentils, raw carrots, strawberries, apples, blueberries, boston lettuce. I love waking up in the morning eating fruit. I feel better eating fruit than any other breakfast cereal, or cookies and milk!!.
