I can't believe he'd forget the lyrics to this song. I can believe he's seen a lot of pain and it comes out around the edges.

This song has the most beautiful lyrics I have ever heard; it has one of the most beautiful metaphors for Christ I have ever heard:

"When you wear your clothes,

I wear them too,

I wear your shoes,

and a jacket too."

And of course there's

"I've made a mends between

father and son,

or if you haven't one"

Just beautiful. I can see why he would cry, I cry when I hear it.

I think he really took into account of the impact the song has on him and his fans, considering the results of Katrina.
