Thanks for the comment. The other counter-driven shaft and gear were taken from a doner transmission that I got at the junk yard. Could have just replaced my tranny with the doner and saved a lot of work but I felt that my car would have lost its soul without the original transmission.
What a phenomenal set of videos! Where did you get the other counter-driven shaft & gear from? I have a 92 Toyota Corolla that has 279,000 miles on it, and planned on doing the same thing one day! I thought you did a great job recording everything you did - I know it can be cumbersome to video while doing a job as big as this! Rock on!
