  • I have had several 71's and they are really quiet in stock form. Those were great cars. I lived through my teens, due to their rugged construction. (I'm sorry I wrecked the ones I did, great cars, stupid kid) BTW its a Boss 302, or 429 (69-70)or Boss 351 in 1971

  • Did you record this while watching "The FBI" one Sunday night?

  • I always pictured Rod in 1967 Ford station wagon, not in a 1971 Ford Coupe.

  • @SheriffTankStoner

Rod probably had the station wagon, but he also may have had a Boss 320 Mustang in the garage for weekends.

  • @ebf1957 I also notice that he's practicing seat-belt safety. I don't know if he had a Boss 320 (unless Ford gave him one as partial compensation) because he was known to be a bean-counter with his money as he was sending his daughters to college and because he had house Upstate New York and Pacific Palisades, California that he needed to maintain.

  • @ebf1957 uhm... that would be a Boss 302 (not 320)

  • @JET997u

An apology to thsoe who owned a Boss 302 Mustang. I was typing too damn fast.

  • A giant rock in the middle of a runway??

  • @superkeef1 Heh, I know.

  • @superkeef1 This is "The Twilight Zone".
