  • this seems wrong.... i dont know why.. but the more i watch the more wrong it seems...i work along side my gelding and his movements are never like this. i dont look for obedience, correctness and perfection i look for a partnership, natural movements and to have a meaning in my life (my horses) . i know he seems all good with the horse. but is there something he's not showing us?

most of us dont have a clue who this guy is. all that we do know is what the videos tell/show us.. you know?

  • @NamihaTaiga I understand what you are saying too. I have his two dvds, there are more you can purchase and the magazines. i think it's all about "MORE" patience that many of us anticipate. He just has patience and it works in the end. i would recommend buying the dvds to judge more for yourself, but I think its wonderful. I think in the next generation he will be at the forefront when working with horses is mentioned.

  • i love this system...but i dont understand why, on their site, they say over and over how they do not use metal (i assume meaning any metal bits and other gear to direct the horse) but yet spurs are clearly visible in the last of the film -starting about 2.05). why would they be necessary, as well trained as the horses are, and attuned to him, as they say?

  • hi LadyDeerskin, I couldnt see them. it looks like the heel of the boot is steel but i dont see a spur.

  • @Bellaandkelly

Yes. There is no spurs. The heels are steel.

It´s a shame tough, that Nevzorov is so secretive and doesn´t share his knowledge to the wide world. So the mishandling of horses stops.

    Nice video.

  • @RavenBlake I don't think he is secretive as much as he just doesn't speak English and that's a problem, because if he was very fluid like other...he would make a difference, but in a situation like this, he has to rely on others (some who's personalities just don't click) who don't "FEEL" his dream. They can assume, but they can't really feel it the same as he does. I think if he spoke great English, he'd change the world. Some of those that represent him..they need a attitude check.

  • I think that some of the people that follow NHE are just very angry, you don't feel the harmony because many are complaining in negative ways toward the treatment of Horse. Some of them are like Old cat ladies, they want to complain and talk about the danger of what is going on to horses, but they do nothing physically. The organization will never grow if there is not a restructuring of those under Him. Too many concerned time bombs ready to go off instead of truly showing harmony.

  • And looking at the history NHE follows, you might think it would secretive and follow those sames protocols, and it might be...who knows as there is a form of entering their school, but if you can't see your teacher (main teacher) speak your language, I don't think it will help the learner as much as one person who does. He is a gift to the Horse, but more needs to be done to promote him and challenge the ones he feels are not subjecting the true justice to horses and this is worldwide...

  • And don't get me wrong, SO FAR..what he has produced that you can get outside of Europe..its great, he is a great man, a true LEO with no fear, but ORGANIZATION..MORE ORGANIZATION is needed for success and this starts with the worker bees that will make or break his organization.

  • @LadyDeerskin umm theres no spur there and plus he is completly against them.

  • Impresionant!!!

  • Hopefully natural horsemanship will be the norm one day but it won't be in my life time. Me and my horse are glad that I have an open mind and always put his welfare first. I was really lucky to have met this brilliant barefoot trimmer and it was her that opened up eyes to barefoot & bitless. I now look at my horse thru his eyes.

  • You surely must have been a magical horse in your previous life and have come back as a magical man in this life. What a brilliant human being you are Sir Nevzorov

  • Im waiting the arrival of my brand new Dr Cook bitless bridle for my anglo arab who has one eye only. We've already got the best friendship happening and we agist with a heap of showies ( you know the type, 5 rugs on at once on a warm day etc) I can't wait to see their ignorant jaws drop when me & my mate plod around the dressage arena with ease. I say nothing to them I'll just do it. He's barefoot too. Hopefully bitless might catch on as I'm the only one there that thinks this way.

  • If every horse owner could be open minded enough to accept these things AND dare to put their teachings into action, it would be so much easier ^^ I've encountered so many horse owners who admit they have problems but won't believe the true solutions... and I've met some who know the metallic artifices of classical riding are wrong, and yet they still use them, "just in case". If I had a horse I'd definately act like you; ride bitless and shoeless in everyone's face =D
