It means a lot to me when people point out important things I mention in videos, like progess. It seems to slip people's minds as times and focus goes on little things like appearance, etc. Example if I make a vid saying I didn't purge and I come on cam with a good hair day I would much rather hear congrats on no purging then hey your hair looks nice today. The inside of my hands or bottoms of feet and also in the face - like flushed with an orange glow. When I drank carrot juice everyday for awhile, literally every day, I turned orange and everyone was concerned. The doctor validated it was the carrot juice!
I can guarentee that it's from your melon. You eat mad amounts in the morning and 1 serving of cantaloupe is HIGH in beta carotene and meets over 100 percent the RDA for Vitamin A. Beta carotene converts to vitamin a in the body. You are also getting high amounts from other foods, especially orange and red pigmented ones. Make sure you tell your doctor how much melon you are eating at your mono meal melon breakfasts. I think you were at like 8 or more cups? that would mean 960% of the RDA
for Vitamin A... that's 860 OVER... hardcore... no wonder you are orange my friend! I don't notice it in your videos though. Regardless you are beautiful, orange pop or not!
