  • Odd that you're better at teaching this than my own teacher. Thank you.

  • I fell like im a nerd lol

  • how do i do 2x^4-4x^2=30

i set it to equall to 0........ so 2x^4-4x^2-30=0 then i got stuck... since 4 is to low for some numbers that times to equall 30 but add to equall 4.

  • Hey I upload these videos everyone shut the fuck up or I´ll remove them,

  • LOL 2 minutes and 36 seconds taught me more than a whole class period. all i hear when my teacher talks is BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHHHH! he talks SO fast.

  • Thank you that made everything much easier.

  • Bombed my last quiz on this..........

  • THANK YOU this made it so easy, I just started taking college courses online and my professor just blows through everything, then I'm stuck when it comes to the more challenging stuff later in the course because as we all know, math is a process. Thank you again.

  • LMFAO, this is what my damn teacher was TRYING to teach us? Someone needs to be fired.

  • im in algebra 2.... this didn't help xP

  • This helped alot!

  • I am pretty sure this is binomial

  • @SpartanKratos001 which is a polynomial?

  • studying for midterms 1:33 BOOBS 8D

  • This is easy! Fucking school make it so hard

  • Dang i have midterms next week and you just saved me :D

  • hell i understand things better on youtube than in any godamn book.

  • That is so true where YouTube teaches far better than our education system

  • dang, I'm glad I'm not yalls Math teacher,lol

  • @michelle716100 Glad I'm not your English teacher.

  • thankkk youuu! :D

  • I...I understand..HAHA I GET MATH LMFAO I FEEL ASAIN NOW FUCK MY TEACHER

  • What kind of world do we live in... where Youtube teaches better than a teacher.... pfft SMH

  • Fuck my slut of a fucking teacher

  • Thanks so much man, the teachers at my school dont teach us like this.

  • I love this guy. Takes his time and explains how to get the numbers rather than just trying to write out all the possibilities.

  • wtf, why can't math teachers just, y'know, say what he said, so we as students can grasp this crap.

  • LOL he make Boobies at 1:32 =O

  • this guy makes my teacher look like a fucking retard.

  • I understand this now.

But when the f will we use this in a real life basis...?

  • @raniellejohn Well for higher educated jobs you do.. like astronauts etc..

  • i really want to send this video to my teacher...

  • Okay, for someone who is pretty hopeless in math and who has a huge test coming up, I thank you for posting this video. I learned more about factoring polynomials than I probably would have anywhere else. Hopefully now I can ace this stupid test!

  • You're great and pretty darn cute! :)

  • this is specifically trinomial factoring. there are two other types, GCF,and DOTS.

  • Thank you so much made it easy for me to understand

  • 15 dislikes from the teachers.

  • finally, someone explained problem which nobody even try to explain for last 13 years of my education .... shame for mathematics from my country and my schools..

  • thank you, i love you, you just saved my ass

  • I do not understand? Polynomials mean more than 2? This is a tri-nomial so 3 terms and you are using GCF for it? So for 3 terms you use GCF? 4 terms you use grouping 2 or three terms you use another method? I do not understand when I should do grouping, another method, and GCF Eg. 10x^3b2+15a^b-5ab^3 What should I do to this one? X^2-36? What should I do to this one? y^4-z^2 What should I do to this one? X^2+7x+6 What should I do to this one? 2a^2+3a+1 What should I do to this one? etc
  • I do not get this D;

  • @jeswinroy I think it's 8(x-8)^3 x^2

  • the problem isn't the student it's the teacher, this guy proves it.

  • I'm home schooled and i do all my work on the computer, so if i have a problem i cant ask for help, i just have to figure it out on my own.

the problem is my math is HORRIBLE! it gives you the problem and the answer and expects you to automatically know how to figure it out. it doesnt explain anything...youtube has SAVED MY ASS so many times...

  • yes i finally get it! thank you!

  • Comment removed

  • my school should hire this guy

  • i am sick of the liberal commercials. I am voting yes on issue 2.

  • great video!

  • ur amazing!!!!! i wish u were my math teacher no joke ur great

  • I used to hate factoring because my dumb ass teacher couldn't teach it well, and now Factoring is so easy and I like it alot.

  • He explained that so beautifully that I expected him to put on sunglasses, say "and that's how it's done, bitches", and swag walk away at the end.

  • OMG!, fuck my teacher this guy is way better. Keep up the good work :)

  • Oh snap i though he was gonna draw boobies!

  • how do you solve: 8x^5-192x^4+1536x^3-4096x^2

  • omg THANK YOU! you have made this simple.

    smh my teacher sucks.

  • 4+4=9

    I AM SO SMRT!!!!!!

  • Thank you very much. it helped a lot

  • something tells me this guy is like a schizophrenic with ADD when he's not working, and they just give him a horse sedative so he can teach us math.

  • awesome!! the website is really cool also!! this is the way to do math!!

  • first time i've seen him wear something other than blue colors :)

  • what do you do when there is a number in front of the x squared???

  • Why cant i have him for all my classes i would probably stay in school for about 20 minutes daily thumbs up if you agree

  • how do you solve 2y(z^2-2xy)+yz^2

    please help im really stumped

  • Thank you so much for your help!!!

  • This man should be my math teacher. He explained this perfectly to me in a few minutes, unlike a few days like my fucking retarded math teacher.

  • He needs to smile!

  • @bphussar why? he's just teaching

  • @bphussar I don't care if he smiles or has a contorted face while he teaches. He's my only other hope to pass math!

  • @bphussar BUT MATHS NOT FUN AT ALL

  • can someone help me with this problem x^2 - 5x + 90 i cant find anything that will multiply to 90 and add to -5

  • wow! THANK YOU! i think i can pass my midterm exam now.. ^_^

  • Thanks =o.

I have to take a make up course even though I passed the exam (because I was absent so much)and the make up course online is way more complex than what my school teaches. My friend who is a Junior just learned this stuff and I'm a Sophmore. X_x So it's kind of blah!

    I appreciate it.

  • man your good. Im studying for my placement test and your about to save me from taking a remedial math class!!

  • Thanks for this my maths teacher is an idiot

  • Thank you sir!

  • This man needs to be duplicated across America and put into every Math class! This guy is awesome. Thanks Bro.

  • heyyy!! Someone got a new shirt!

  • reminds me of a skinny older freddy benson

  • FUCK this took my teacher two days to teach (and it wasnt very effective either)

this is short, simple and to the point; and above all easy to understand for idiots like me =P

  • @captainsniffsnarf Yes, I hate when teachers make some things unnecessarily difficult when it doesn't have to be :P

    Thanks for the video

  • @captainsniffsnarf glad I'm not the only one....

  • @captainsniffsnarf Teaching is very broken these days, so buz you went to college your a teacher, no fucking talent... they explain to a miniscule, and give out two tons of bullshit

  • @captainsniffsnarf must have my teacher lol

  • i have a problem. can pls someone solve this:

    How to factor: 2x +x^2

  • @rolandroiroi nvm got it xD

    x(2+x)

  • notice he said when you are deciding wich factors to use look at the middle number and it should add to it. I've been taught to look at the middle and see if add OR subtracts i dont know if that makes a difference but that how i've been taught

  • man i love you!

  • my exam (worth 30% of my overall grade) is in 12 hours...

    THANK YOU!!

  • "unfactorable" <--- lol

  • press 5 repeatedly

  • He makes my math teacher look like a dumb ass

  • ur my hero sir

  • why cant my math teacher explain it like this...smh

    Thumbs up for finals !

  • @ilikmushys002 RIGHT? My teacher's fuuuucked up! She makes everything soooo complicated when it's this simple. I almost gave up on math because of her, but now i'm back on track thanks to these simple youtube videos. She explained this in fucking 2h and no one understood, here this dude explained it in 2 min. God, why can't he be my teacher??

  • why cant my math teacher explain it like this...smh

  • ??? DUDE? What if there is a number in front of the x squared? like 2x squared + 3x +1

  • @TheTrueRDSMALLFRY then it is (2x )(x ) also i dont think you can factorise 2x squared +3x +1

  • @GT4Lb0T you can...

  • why are there 12 dislikes? do you search this just to hate?

or you couldnt learn when you are in middle school!

  • I have finals today!! I hope I can remember this

  • This guy has the most monotone voice ever, and it almost makes me fall asleep. But omg. I finally get it. and I haven't been able to understand this from my teacher in like two months. I have finals tomorrow. So I love you. Like for real.

  • I get it, but this guy's teaching sucks ass!

  • you guys are amazing ^__^

  • ;l

  • OMG I GET IT

  • "so which of these factors will add up to seven?"

    OH! 10 and 1! 10 and 1!

  • I love how he has akimbo markers...

  • Comment removed

  • hold 8 xDDDD

  • without this dude id be failing algebra! WOOHOO high school credit!

  • thanks for helping my teacher is very good at her profession but i drifted in math today and kind of lost the concept of this polynomial factoring! some how math is always my major weakness in any form!

  • please replace my teacher

  • @socksket seriously.

  • This guy teaches better than my teacher...

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks, a bit slow but good explanation

  • Too slow, could be said in half the time

  • wait so you factor the constant and you get it then it has to equal the binomial

  • was able to learn two foreign languages and i STILL don't get this #*@#*(!@*&(! or any of the #&#@(*!@* that comes after it grahhghghghghghgghh >.<

  • great of you guys to share but if you were to show a link to this problems head step, it would be so much helpful to those of us who are new to the poly world ;D instuctionals are perfect though. thanks for sharing

  • lol does anyone know why i can pay attention to this, but not pay attention to my actual teacher in my class?

  • one problem though its not add if the last term is negative its subtract.

  • Thanks Teacher, for this short video, now, i can do Algebra.

  • the answer is wrong. He got the answer to be (x+2)(x+5) which means x = -2 or -5

the answer should be (x-2)(x-5) which meas x = 2 or 5, this gives both the value of +10 and +7

you answer should alwas equal the middle value, in this case it doesnt coz the answer is -7 instead of +7

  • Comment removed

  • @cutterxyzabc lmao. Really???

  • this was very helpful thanks cuz

  • @MrGanjabrain no your wrong (x-2)(x-5) would make the middle term -7x and thats not part of the original equation.

  • @RyanThaLam you know what fuck you then you can suck a dick

  • I recommend this excellent Math channel: ( Mathmatchpoint ) to everyone who wants to become good at Math (or to someone who is already good at it). He is going to teach you Math the EASY WAY, from the basic to the advanced topics. The great thing is that his videos are categorized within playlists. It is easy to know which video to watch next. This was the least I could do for him (let people know about his videos). Thanks to him, I got 97% on my Math test.

    Go to his channel: Mathmatchpoint

  • thanks

  • @TheFouro1 LOL!

  • Thats really helpful , he explained all this in 2 minutes , while my teacher explained it in 1 hour and still i didnt get anything !! he is way better than my teacher

  • i still don't get it.

  • im in 8 grade and im looking for the advanced version of this. a problem like

    4a^2(2a-1)-4a(2a-1)+(2a-1)

    were can i find this

  • What a boring voice.

  • what if its like x^3 or 2x^2?

  • thank god youtube saved my little brothers retarded ass

  • thx for saving me....AGAIN! lol

  • there was something wrong in what he said.... if the x has a co-efficient, then u would have to use the cross method....

  • WHY CANT THIS GUY BE MY TEACHER!

  • ...Wait you guys are in high school and you're barely doing this? Wow....

  • I learned more by watching this video than being in class for a whole semester lol

  • why did he draw tits? 1:31

    Math will become easy

  • I'm in college. I can write a 5 page "A" paper in two days and excel in English, but I can't do basic High School algebra. I'm ashamed.

  • THANK YOU

  • @darklink47 thank you, that was what i was looking for

  • Try yaymath

  • im in middle school (not held back) and im learning this how do you think i feel.

  • @xdude1000 Meanwhile, Europeans are already learning calculus in their middles school math classes. If they started Intro to Algebra in the the third or fourth grade, imagine how easy, and second nature doing advanced math would be for everyone by the time they got to middle school or high school. It wouldn't even be considered advanced math in that situation; "The philosophy of today is the common sense of tomorrow."

  • @xdude1000 I feel you brother!

  • @xdude1000 Everyone learns this in middle school

  • @needlermasta not everyone, ONLY YOU, just learning this in high school

  • @danniigurl111 xdude1000 is clearly learning this in middle school too, along with everyone else in his grade and everyone in my grade.

  • @needlermasta ok and.........what is your point?

  • @danniigurl111 I'm not the only one, like you said.

  • @needlermasta okay.

  • @xdude1000 me too lol

  • @xdude1000 im in college n were doing this

    no joke

  • @xdude1000 same herre!!!!!!

  • @xdude1000 we know how you feel weve all been there

  • @xdude1000

I think you feel retarted since you must of failed that math class.

  • @xdude1000 i think you feel pretty f***** up

  • @xdude1000 SAME HERE lol
