  • It was Sheffield Wednesday!

  • The giant scrolling letters where a bit much.

  • Speaking for my stepfather, since I'm US born and was too young to remember this (born 88 in MI, US), "It's a shite video and if you must make a tribute have the decency to spell correctly and use appropriate images." In my opinion, this is hardly a film. It's a thrown-together collage of very low-res pictures with a bit of basic video-editing that even a six year old child could make. Hearing about the event from someone who was lucky enough NOT to make it to the game makes me insulted by this.

  • A large part of the Scouse collective identity seems to be defined by squashed football fans and a toddler battered to death on a railway track. Odd people.

  • @ScottishCaledonian You sir, are my favorite.

  • R.I.P

    -Big man united fan

  • Hopefully the truth will out. RIP the 96. From a Millwall fan.

  • you'll never walk again......

you killed your own fans, you killed your own fans, that day in Hillsborough you killed your own fans.

  • @djs88 96 people die and you think it's funny? Police should have used barriers in the surrounding streets to filter those with tickets towards the ground and turn back those without tickets. That's what the Met did at Millwall back then. West Yorks police were in charge of crowd control. They need to answer for their actions.

As for your comments.... well, your'e just a cunt, ain't ya?

  • @djs88 I'll bet you're one of those shitty little dark kids who was rioting in London without even knowing why, it was just an excuse to steal stuff. You should probably just kill yourself, if only your parents had the guts to thrust that coat hanger all those years ago...

  • This makes me like Man U more... I don't hate them (glory glory man united)

  • I dont know what happend! I dont understand what happened.

  • What an idiot ... they didn't die "because of the police", they died because of the 2000+ so called fans who turned up with no ticket !!

  • @swfcowls1969 your the idiot, the police let the fans in without even asking to see tickets. shut your mouth if you dont know the facts.

  • @swfcowls1969 No they didn't, they died because of POOR POLICING. Why weren't the pens either side of that end anywhere near full? It is there for all to see when you watch the video's, if those fans hadn't been shepherded into that part of the Leppings Lane end only, none of it would've happened, just like it didn't the year before in the EXACT SAME FIXTURE because i was there! You just can't see past those bigoted/racist/prejudice hate-filled shithouse vendetta ways.

  • @swfcowls1969 Doesn't mean they should have been let in. Ever heard of negligence? The job got a little too hard for the polices liking so they said "fuck it, let them all in".

  • @travismac27 Yes, of course the Police said that, NOT. No matter what they did, they would be blamed, whether the tragedy happened in or outside the ground. You have hindsight, they didn't. Its easy to blame others than accept some blame for fans actions, that led to the decision made by the police. RIP 96, but the fans need to move on and leave the families to find out what happened. Action has been taken to pevent future actions, so focus on the positives.

  • @swfcowls1969 s. you're 43!!! you should know what happened at football in the 80's,ie fans treated like shit by police. do you remember the miners strike? was your dad on strike and getting his head battered in by police? as for blaming the fans...wednesday and united are well known for causing trouble. i remember your lot rioting at oldham and even throwing bricks at your manager jack charlton. not to mention killing that blades fan at wembley! all lfc fans were was rowdy, just like forests!

  • @swfcowls1969 why dont you read the taylor report you idiot. even you local mp for penistone has just stood up in arliament and said there were no ticketless, drunk or misbehaving fans and that the police were to blame. but i knew that anyway cos i was there! knob

  • @in2u2b The only people to blame were the fans you fool. Why blame the police? And funny how Liverpool fans never mention Heysel do they. Its always about the scousers, professional victims. They have minutes of silence for for the Hillsborough victims, but the Juventus fans get fuck all! Well done the Sun!

  • @in2u2b Liverpool fans will continue to bleat about the disaster until they hear what they want to hear "the liverpool fans aren't to blame" and applies to anything involving Liverpool fans. Fat chance of that ! I mean, if the correct number of fans had been at leppings lane end with tickets, opening the gates wouldn't have been an issue !! It's simple maths. By the way, Sheffield do also have fans that don't live in the city, so the MP doesn't represent my view and has a career to think about.

  • @swfcowls1969 the correct number of fans were in the leppings lane end. that was proven by the turnstile count and video//photographic footage of the crowd still out side the ground before they opened the gates. why dont you read the taylor report before spouting your biased shit?a major part of the justice campaign is the 315pm cut off point as the coroner said all were dead by then, whch was clearly a lie. therefore all evidence after 315pm was inadmissible. like why were ambulances held back?

  • rip to the victims of the Hillsborough disaster from Tottenham Hotspur. You'll never walk alone.

  • this is a day that united football fans everywhere different teams and there supporters all paid their respects i was only 7 when this happened and i dont really remember it that well but i think of the families of those who lost their lives that day and i am a manchester united supporter (a rival team) R.I.P to the 96 You'll never walk alone

Whereas you have one source, there are hundreds of other eye-witnesses who have made statements about what happened, including even some police officers, who saw no indication at all of ticketless masses. Yes, there were a few who tried to sneak in, as there always were at big games back then. But not in significant numbers.

  • @cfcbornandbred

I realise that, but the point is, that's *one* source you have who says it. One source who appears to be projecting his own motivations onto others just because their behaviour had a similarity to his own. But his conclusion is almost certainly mistaken, because it simply doesn't fit the facts. The disaster could only have been the result of ticketless fans sneaking in if the *whole* Leppings Lane Terrace was full. It wasn't.

  • @cfcbornandbred

Either way, you want to say it was the Liverpool fans' fault because a very small number of them tried to get in without paying i.e. a few are guilty, all of them are by association. But if one of them was a member of your family, doesn't that mean your family is guilty by association as well?

Your family are disgusting murders, you killed ninety-six people! You utter filth!

Ridiculous logic isn't it? But it's exactly the same as the logic you're using.

  • @cfcbornandbred

Your own words were "it was liverpoo fans trying to get in for fuck all again and too many got in", but all the evidence shows that the number of Liverpool fans in the ground did not exceed their ticket allocation. Even if a large number of fans did get in without paying, and they didn't, it was not what caused the disaster. There weren't *too many* fans in the ground, it was the uneven distribution of them i.e. too many in the central pens, hardly any in the side-pens.

  • @cfcbornandbred

It's true that some people climbed over the turnstile wall, but in most cases it was because they were getting crushed against it because of the crowd build-up. Their tickets were checked inside the walls by police officers. If your brother-in-law was one of the handful who was genuinely trying to get in without paying, shame on him (and by the same lazy logic you're using to condemn Liverpool fans as a whole, shame on *your family*).

  • @cfcbornandbred

Do you just believe anything anyone tells you so long as they're in a police uniform? Try reading the conclusions of the Taylor Report and the HSE. They both studied CCTV footage and figures from Sheffiield Wednesday's admission system and judged that the number of Liverpool fans in the ground was *below* their ticket allocation. It is hugely unlikely that more than a handful of people tried to get in without paying.

Learn to judge from facts rather than your own prejudices.

  • nice touch I am also A united fan and I agree about that, My brother is a liverpool fan full credit to you for doing this awesome

  • JFT96

  • RIP to the 96 fans killed 22 years ago today. YNWA!

  • i appreciate what your trying to say but this video really is terrible.

  • steven gerrard was supposed to be at that match at that section but he was late to get to it

  • i dont really understand what exactly happened like how did the people die

    You pathetic fuck

  • @SuperShazbott its true though, no one likes scousers. i only watched this video cos i enjoy listening to the hollies if any of you were at the chelsea liverpool game a few weeks back you'd know that liverpool fans are scum, spitting on chelsea penisoners.

  • @jacksi99

and the chelsea fans are easily recognised because of their halos

  • @SuperShazbott we don't go around acting like muggy little c*nts showing disrespect to those who have fought for our country in the Falklands and such, we also don't go to Italy and start causing trouble whilst a group of kids are playing on the pitch hours before kick off, we are far from perfect but we are alot more respective than scousers.

  • @jacksi99

probably cos ye are too busy being shot by chelski players ha ha

  • @SuperShazbott hahaha you're extremely funny, i take it you're a scouser who supports liverpool but doesnt go to games? am i correct.

  • @jacksi99

jack you are close , my dad took me to the chelsea v liverpool game, stamford bridge is brilliant, i kinda left as a pool fan so he's not too pleased, just looking them up on youtube , i think im now confirmed , but dont know how to tell dad

  • @SuperShazbott hahaha come back to me when you've got a season ticket to the club you support, true sign of a fan, not getting muggy on a youtube video.

  • @jacksi99

hey jack got one for cork city but i suppose thats not good enuff for a chelsea boy either, well done against utd

  • @SuperShazbott I said for the team you support... yeah was a great game, cheating scouse b*stard shouldnt have even been playing.

  • How did this escalated?

  • for all of you that do not take this seriously you should, i was not born when this happened as i am only 14. But i still think its a tragedy.. i will say the same thing i said to someone that was idiotic, try and place yourself in their shoes, going with your dad and climbing over that fence for your life, so when you think of this remember that that this actually happened and 96 people died and many more people were injured... R.I.P.. you'll never walk alone...

  • @Aaron01827

I was only 7 when this happened i'm now 29 i can't believe it was 22 yrs ago this awful tragedy happened R.I.P, i support Liverpool its still a shock to me even to this day that so many fans got killed that day just to see them playing, but they could've easily of sat at home with a bag of sweets or popcorn and watched them playing on the Tv screen then nobody would've got hurt x X x

  • @Aaron01827

  • @Aaron01827 that is like the most thoughtful and moving thing i have ever heard.

  • @Aaron01827 i am 13 and i totaly agree

  • Well, since there's been a few Munich chants flying about lately...

    MURDERERS!

We won it three times without killing anyone!

  • I disliked this video because it was made terribly. I could barely tell what was being said.

    RIP to the 96 though.

  • r.i.p all the fans

  • how the fuck can some of you say they deserve it, my dad was there :(

  • @tyler14ism

Because the ones saying they deserve it are personality deficient trolls who are just looking for a reaction. If we don't feed the trolls, they will go away. Karma will sort them out.

As an Evertonian, I will always remember the 96 and pray we never see anything like this happen again. RIP 96.

  • @l3roi77 R.I.P Liverpool Fans

  • @l3roi77 I'm sorry, but this is just the most idiotic thing I've ever read. The 96 people who died at Hillborough had NOTHING to do with the 39 that died at Heysel. Nothing at all. To say that the 96 deserved it because of what happened at Heysel (which was as much attributable to the terrible condition of the stadium, and UEFA allowing the match to be played there, as to the Liverpool hoolies) is just plainly the most ignorant thing you could possibly say.

  • @michaeldunnjr YES my friend, I'm sorry for my bad english, but I think so..

    STOP THE LIVERPOOL'S DISASTERS !!

JUSTICE NOW FOR ALL THE VICTIMS!!

R.I.P. 39 of Heysel and 96 of Hillsborough

  • Why People Ask for Justice? With what is going to help anymore? The only thing that is good to be done is to learn from it and improve it that a tragedy like this will never happen. The one's who lost theyr lives then Justice is not gonna make a difference for them , they are in a better place , probably some family members are short on cash....

  • The Song is so SAD :(

    And a Drunk people song.

  • mt dad should have had the job he would have save 96 deaths

  • LOL

These obstinate idiotic Europeans, falling all over themselves suffocating each other to watch soccer. It is fucking hilarious.

  • @LolCaramelz fuck off you absoulute cunt there is no need for tht it was a disaster you didnt say tht after 9/11 did we saft twat

  • @MrDannybeast

Well, Americans didn't really behave like this on 9/11. When the towers hit they had discipline! They walked down the stairs, calmly, there were no reports of crowd crush in either of the towers.

But here you have drunken brits killing each in their stupidity to watch football. It's funny.

  • @LolCaramelz and you obviously know tht they walked down the stairs because you was there wasnt you?? and what are you on about killing each other to watch football it was the police who let too many people into a certain section of the stadium but you obviously know that as well because you must of been there too ?? and druken brits killing each other to watch football you have been watching too many films about football because i go to watch football every week and there has never been a death

  • @MrDannybeast

Hah! So it's the Police's fault for not keeping the crowd under control? If they weren't so undisciplined and animalistic there would be no need for police control. Pathetic.

I LAUGH AT THE 96! HAHAHAHAHA

  • @LolCaramelz GO SPEND YOUR DULL LITTLE LIFE FUCKING YOUR MUM AND SISTER LIKE YOU NORMALLY DO INSTEAD OF MAKING COMMENTS YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YOU RED NECK INBREAD PEADO.

  • @LolCaramelz you woulden't say that in liverpool you braindead fuckwit..

    r.i.p the 96!!

  • @LolCaramelz you are so right!!! Even if people will swear at me here I agree 100%

  • @Evuc You're an absolute cunt. Who cares whos' fault it is, people died that day. You have no respect for the human race and therefore you should die just as those 96 innocent people did.

  • @96Nimajneb Thank you, well, I may not have respect for "your race", but at least I've got intelligence which you obviusly don't ;-)

  • @Evuc I do have intelligence. You're just a short minded prick who's too dumb to accept the human race as his own.

  • @Evuc

Tell you what, if you 'have intelligence' why don't you demonstrate it? For instance, rather than just emptily announcing that you agree with LolCaramelz, how about you try and explain *why* you agree with him? You know, actually say something that backs your position up? Why agree with a guy who hasn't really said anything about, or displayed any conspicuous knowledge of, the event under discussion, but merely said that he finds it funny (for no better reason than apparent xenophobia)?

  • @havstormer You are right. I don't laugh at them, that was too harsh. I am not happy they died, I just agreed on one thing about it, that we cannot only blame the police not keep them under control. But I know everyone knows it. I wasn't meant to be disrespectful at all. I mentioned intelligence only about swearing at each other when it is free to tell your oppinion here. But this LolCaramelz was just annoying everyone here on purpose that is true.

  • @Evuc

Can't only blame the police? Well you can also blame the club and Sheffield City Council for not keeping the safety certificate up-to-date, and for failing to signpost the access points inside the ground adequately.

But you can't realistically blame the fans. I promise you. Study the Disaster in detail, you will find no indication of any serious misbehaviour by the fans at all.

  • @Evuc I've got intelligence which you obviusly don't ;-)

    Nice going (;

    Also, they're only Liverpool fans.

  • @samo300 Intelligence? You just wrote obviusly... Point well made, you silly little wanker.

  • @travismac27 Wow..this is awkward...

I was quoting him. Look above my post.. He said that, but he spelled obviously wrong. I admit, I should have put "" marks so people like you can follow, but then again I wasn't addressing you, I was talking to Evuc and I didn't think it would matter all that much with him.

Get your facts straight first yeah mate?

  • @LolCaramelz CUNT

  • @LolCaramelz Yeah, but your point is invalid as America sucks dick.

You invaded a country for oil, your government is corrupted, you're all fat and have stupid accents.

    so be quiet, fatass.

  • @LolCaramelz you idiot!you don't even know what happened..you were there?let me think about it..NO!..because you are 12...they died watching their idols!YNWA! RIP 96!

  • @LolCaramelz we're not European, we're scouse.

  • @LolCaramelz you clearly have some drastic issues going on in the toilet that is your brain, but i think people would appreciate it if you fuck off the videos concerning the hillsborough disaster simply out of respect.

  • @LolCaramelz you fuking twat i dont support liverpool but least i dont slag em off u piece of american shit, have some respect u fat cunt!

  • How did they split the 96 wallets between the survivors? Must have worked out about 2p each???

  • @TheTrimmTrab come to anfield and say that u halfbred prick.. anyway, a real rangers fan woulden't make that comments, considering you've had ur own disaster in the past and alot of liverpool fans are in alliance with ur lot.. fuckin idiot!!

  • Instead of blaming say The Police why don't we all do the decent thing and come together remember those that passed away, were injured and witness what happened?

And also say thank you to the people who came together and helped yes including The Police and fans from both sides?

  • RIP....Youll never walk alone!~!~!

  • R.I.P

    Justice for the 96

    You'll never walk alone

    From a Coventry City fan

  • MY ASS JUSTICE !!!! EVERY STUPID ASS FOOTBALL FAN SHOULD SHUT THE FUCK UP AND SEEK SOME FAULT IN FANS TOO THAT RAN IN THERE LIKE BUNCH OF SHEEP !!!

  • @eldar600 This video is about a .. massacre if you like , not who supports what and why , please dont post comments like that on this video. Your not welcome here.

  • @eldar600

The CCTV footage from the day of the Disaster is in the public domain. It clearly shows that Liverpool fans *walked* in, they didn't run.

Far too few people understand what really happened that day. The truth is, the overcrowding outside the ground had very little to do with causing the crush on the terraces. It was the failure of the police to close the tunnel leading into pens 3 & 4 once they were full that caused it.

  • such a bad video

  • Rest in Peace!!!

this is a horrific incident (i use this term because i cannot think of one closer to the truth)

I am a Manchester United fan but if people laugh at this then there is something wrong there, it doesn't matter what team you support, this isn't about football it's about innocent supporters losing their lives supporting their team!!!

I only learnt about this a month or two ago but since then i have watched various videos about it and realise how disastous it actually was!!! xxxxx

  • never see any scouse sorrys to the juve fans you killed and how uk football had to pay

  • @2walsall ...thats a vile lie. weve been apologising for the tragic accident for nearly 25 years. and wot the fucks it to u, scumbag. UK football paid for years of the english disease perpetrated by the likes of the RA, jibbers, headhunters, intercity and the rest of the scum.

    w*nker

    RIP the 39

    In memoria e amicizia

  • @bigbaddwolff Why do you always bring up UTD? think your obsessed by us if we didn't exist you'd ave to invent us

  • @2walsall

Then you're not looking very hard, As just one example, when Liverpool played Juve in the Champions League six years ago, the Liverpool fans presented a giant banner to their Juve counterparts with the words, "We're sorry" emblazoned on it in giant letters. And UK football *did* pay, a five year ban on English clubs playing in Europe (six years for Liverpool).

Don't try to edit out blatant facts just so you can misportray people you clearly have anger issues with.

  • police or the problems you done in heysel

  • "You'll never walk alone"

  • Justice is tough thing to get, in these circumstances. However there deaths did not go un-noticed. The impact was huge, this changed the way all stands were built. This alone has probably saved more lives. If you dont get the justice your looking for,, at least know you have made an impact worldwide. RIP 96.

  • Oww I was there but I was a little boy and remember only my father carrying me and running out of the stadium and him calling the authorities about it.

  • RIP the 96......

  • im a forest fan but R.I.P the 96 reds that wll never walk alone

  • what exactly happenned im still trying to figure this out,plz reply.

  • @ProductionsPerez Basically the police let too many people in the stadium, causing people to get crushed against the gates in the terrace because there were no seats there, and the police just watched this happen and slowly more and more people were killed and they only really started to help when 200 odd people were hurt. That's why by law the Kop at Anfield has to have seats, but people still stand up all the time there fro some reason. So the police were dumbass basically.

  • @Zagman177 The Taylor report says it wasn't too many people in the stadium, it's just that there were way too many of them allowed through the tunnel. When the exit gate was opened to let in the fans to stop the crush at the turnstiles, the tunnel entrance should have been closed, as had been done in the past, to prevent that crush from simply transferring straight into the two crowded center pens. The police on the pitch then refused many times to open the relief gates that led onto the pitch.

  • @dcs002 I need to correct myself. The police working the gates onto the pitch had those gates open for much of the time after kick-off, and probably before anyone died. They were just of inadequate size to relieve the crush. They weren't intended to serve as "relief" gates, as I said. They were intended to allow emergency services to reach fans in trouble if necessary - inside the pen. They were not counted as fire exits or anything. (Been reading the Taylor report.)

    J4 the 96, YNWA

  • pissed fans without tickets trying to jib in, Justice for Heysel

  • @wearethetunnel ...u are a vile troll. heysel was a tragic accident

The "drunken, ticketless fans" myth has been discredited. Sections 200-202 of the Taylor inquiry dealt with this and the estimates of the HSE, through combined turnstile analysis and reviewing video footage of the opening of turnstiles and Gate C make it clear that there was no significant issue in terms of the numbers of ticketless fans.

ie it was just a story made up by the SY police to cover up their own incompetence.

  • @bigbaddwolff always someone elses fault aint it?!?

  • @reddan73 ..not always, but in this case, yes it was. this was proved irrevocably by the taylor inquiry 20 years ago. only a bigot or a fool would deny it.

  • @reddan73 ...wot like it was the fault of the police for beating u when u charged the roma fans in the olympic stadium? like it was the fault of the roma fans for stabbing u when the british embassy in rome warned u not to go on pont d'aosta? like it was the paul nixons fault that u chased him under a bus? or the fault of the spurs fans that u pushed down the escalator and killed? want it the fault of the "heavy handed police" when u caused trouble in porto and istanbul?

  • @bigbaddwolff OK so all that was our fault, pissed up fans taking things to far and they should be punnished by the law oh and you forgot the palace fan killed by a UTD fan outside a pub, see how i admit our wrongs see how i face them like a man and admitbwere not perfect! now you do the same you diseased self obsessed scum bag

  • @reddan73 ...nobody said it was ur fault or not. actually i didnt forget the palace fan...his name was paul nixon.

and i never said that liverpool fans werent to blame for hillsborough, at least partially. they most certainly werent to blame for hillsbrough, that was 100% due to inadequate police crowd control and a combination of disaster factors.

nor am i self obsessed..ur the one posting slags on a hillsborough tribute vid...how churlish is that?

  • @bigbaddwolff how was it an accident ? when the pool fans kicked off the trouble ,was it the ground makers fault then?

  • @2walsall they held a responsibility aswell, the ground was not fit to stage such an event, Belgium were even banned from hosting another European final as a result

  • @bigbaddwolff and im on about heysel not hillsbrough

  • wanted to use this video for my studies, turned out to be a peace of s*+% treeibla tragedy never the less

  • Justice for the 96. RIP all YNWA!! May we finally get justice for the 96 and all those that suffered that day over 21 years ago those that survived that would have been affected by what they saw that day may they live as happy lives as possible no matter how hard their losses maybe and the pain they may have suffered after what they witnessed that day 21 years ago.

  • 2 clubs, one city. JFT96- You'll never walk alone.

  • @efchris RIP From a leeds fan.

  • well all i can say is this goes to prove football is shite... and it was just as much the people who were pushings fault as it was the police. and football isnt a life or death situation... unless your involved in a riot and thats because of twats that have no lives and fight over a stupid game... its a bit like starting a fucking riot over scrabble..
