As others say, it is never said. We have to remember that it was the 1960 years, where "Con" was a forbidden word for the society, even if everyone was using it. But, for a song, a record, a tv show, it was impossible to say.

So Brel used a popular phrase, and "censored" it a little, just for the "morale" but everyone who sing it in private was adding the 'not mentionnable word" :-)

He was such a compelling performer, as well as a great song writer. To see him sing his own songs is tremendous, and wouldn't be possible for me without people like you on Youtube. Thank you! Btw, as already commented, it's rather enjoyably ironic that he is singing this song to a bourgeois audience! Then again, as ironically depicted at the end of the song itself, the singer himself has joined the bourgeois, literally and figuratively. Such is life, and Brel knows it well.
